Abstract/Summary:
The high-speed development of industry is inseparable from the development and utilization of mine resources,which inevitably leads to a series of environmental problems.Therefore,as a new production concept and development mode,green mine came into being.Although green mine construction has been implemented in China in recent years,the evaluation methods and standards are still in the exploratory stage,and there is an urgent need for a relatively complete and unified evaluation index and method system.Therefore,it is very necessary to build a green mine evaluation model.Based on the theories of sustainable development,ecological economy and comprehensive evaluation,this thesis studies the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model of green mines by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and expert consultation,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures combined with empirical evidence.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the comparative analysis of industrial green mine standards and specifications,six first-class evaluation indexes are sorted out.Through a large number of literature research,92 indexes are preliminarily selected,combined and simplified into 26 second-class indexes through questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis.Combined with expert consultation,various indexes are optimized and interpreted,and finally a green mine evaluation index system is constructed.(2)Through the comparative analysis of the principles,advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used subjective weighting method,objective weighting method and combined weighting method,combined with the characteristics of green mine evaluation indicators,the combined weighting method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method-sum of squares of deviation is determined.(3)Based on the combing and analysis of comprehensive evaluation methods such as fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,data envelopment analysis,matter-element evaluation,neural network and grey target model,considering that the evaluation index system has the characteristics of qualitative and quantitative combination and large quantity,the grey target model is compared and selected as the evaluation method,and the index weight is introduced into its target centrality calculation,so as to establish the green mine comprehensive evaluation model.(4)Taking an antimony mine as an example,combined with the project overview and expert score,the weight of green mine evaluation index is determined,the mine construction is comprehensively evaluated,the feasibility and rationality of the model are verified,and the experience of green mine construction is put forward.By studying the evaluation index system and methods of green mines,this thesis provides a reference for improving the construction of green mine evaluation standards,and further promotes the high-quality development of green mine construction.There are 5 figures,41 tables,98 references.
