Food security is related to national economic development and social stability,and the ecological security of cultivated land is an important foundation for ensuring food security.The per capita arable land area in Shanxi Province is only 0.109 hectares,and the quality of arable land is generally low.The reserve resources of arable land are insufficient.The ecological safety of arable land is very important for regional economic development.This article evaluates the ecological security of cultivated land in Shanxi Province and analyzes the obstacle factors,aiming to provide a basis for the formulation of cultivated land protection policies.Based on the existing academic results of the ecological security assessment of cultivated land,this paper considers the organic unity of the quantity,quality,and ecology of cultivated land in combination with the actual situation of cultivated land in Shanxi Province.Based on the DPSIR model,there are five aspects of driving force,pressure,status,influence,and response.At the criterion level,evaluation indicators are selected from the three dimensions of economy,society and environment to construct the ecological security evaluation system of cultivated land in Shanxi Province;the study period is from 2009 to 2018,and the entropy method is used to assign weights to analyze driving forces,pressures,status,influence,Respond to the safety index and change trend of the subsystem,make an overall assessment of the ecological security of cultivated land in Shanxi Province;further analyze the obstacle factors hindering the improvement of the ecological security of cultivated land in Shanxi Province through the obstacle degree model.The research results show that:(1)During the study period,the comprehensive ecological safety level of cultivated land in Shanxi Province has been upgraded from critical safety to relatively safe;the safety levels of the driving force,status,impact and response of the four subsystems are on the rise as a whole,and the system pressure changes show a "U"-shaped change The trend is the main reason that affects the ecological security of cultivated land,which stems from the amount of pesticides used.(2)During the study period,the obstacles to the ecological security of cultivated land changed dynamically with the improvement of cultivated land protection and land use level.Before 2013,the main obstacles were soil erosion,effective irrigation area,natural disasters,and the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides.At present,the main obstacles to the ecological security of cultivated land are land reclamation rate,cultivated land area per capita,and population density,indicating the increase in the carrying population and the economy.The growth of non-agricultural land brought about by development has become the main factor affecting the ecological security of cultivated land.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions to promote the ecological safety of cultivated land in Shanxi Province are put forward: develop green recycling agriculture,control pesticide use,and reduce cultivated land pollution;promote the rational transfer of cultivated land management rights,and improve the modern production level of cultivated land;strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure and increase effective Irrigate the area,increase the level of arable land grain output,and ensure the ecological security of arable land. |
