| During the implementation of construction projects,the natural and social environment will have varying degrees of impact,and these influencing factors will have an impact on the safety of construction projects.In the lifecycle of construction projects,there are many risks,especially for large-scale residential community construction projects,which not only require a large amount of manpower,material resources,and financial resources,but also have a relatively long construction cycle.Therefore,there may be many uncontrollable factors in the construction process.Due to the influence of these uncertain factors,the benefits of construction projects may decrease,capital loss,deviation from the original construction plan,project losses,and even major safety accidents may occur.Construction companies need to adopt scientific and effective methods to identify safety risks during the construction process,and conduct in-depth analysis of the causes of these risk factors.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of safety risks in construction projects,scientific and effective response strategies can be adopted to avoid safety accidents.Therefore,studying the construction safety risks of engineering projects is particularly important.This article takes the Ziwei Yunfengli project as the research object.Based on the summary and organization of previous research,guided by relevant theories of safety risk management,and based on the current construction safety situation of the Ziwei Yunfengli project,the construction safety issues identified in the Ziwei Yunfengli project are determined through questionnaire surveys;Using Analytic Hierarchy Process,Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,and constructing a risk coordinate map to comprehensively analyze the safety risks faced during the construction process of the Ziwei Yunfengli project.Research suggests that the factors that affect the construction safety risks of the project include safety awareness,organizational management,skill training,on-site environment,etc.Therefore,effective response strategies need to be taken to address safety risk issues.This article explores the PDCA cycle thinking and stable team methods to solve safety risk issues,in order to strengthen project safety risk management work.It proposes risk countermeasures for the Ziwei Yunfengli project,including improving construction safety awareness,improving organizational management,creating a professional talent team,and improving the construction environment.In order to further ensure the construction safety of the Ziwei Yunfengli project,this article has formulated measures to ensure construction safety risks.This article aims to study the issue of construction safety risk management in engineering projects.By studying the construction safety risk management of the Ziwei Yunfengli project,we delve into the safety risk management issues in the construction process of construction projects.I hope that the research methods and results of this article can provide reference for solving construction safety risks in construction projects and be applied in practice. |
