Abstract/Summary:
According to the notice issued by the State Administration of market supervision,the number of elevators in China in 2020 was 7.8655 million,with 25 elevator safety accidents and19 deaths.With the continuous growth of elevator installation,the safety risk management of elevator installation is becoming more and more important,which undoubtedly brings a severe test to the elevator installation.How to strengthen the safety risk management in the elevator installation stage is very important.Taking the safety risk management in the installation stage of elevator engineering as the research object,this paper studies the safety risk management in the installation stage of elevator engineering by using case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and LEC evaluation method.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of elevator installation safety risk management at home and abroad,and expounds the concept of risk management and the basic theory of safety management;Secondly,identify the safety risk factors in the elevator installation stage from the three aspects of case analysis,literature analysis and standard analysis,which is composed of 10 first-class factor indicators and 31 second-class factor indicators: construction personnel,elevator transportation & hoisting,construction site,tool use,on-site fire prevention,safety protection & identification,elevator installation,pit construction,machine room construction & wiring,power use & identification,Provide basis for the construction of safety risk assessment model;Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are applied to build the safety risk management model in the installation stage of elevator engineering,and determine the safety risk evaluation index,evaluation process and LEC evaluation level.Fourth,take the elevator installation project of Nanjing sq phase I project as an example to evaluate the installation risk.The evaluation results show that the comprehensive evaluation result of safety risk of Nanjing sq phase I elevator installation project is 115.7228,which is a significant risk level,and the project needs to be rectified.Through the evaluation,it is found that the indicators with risks that need to be rectified include elevator transportation and hoisting,safety protection and identification,construction site,on-site fire prevention,tool use,shaft construction,power use & identification,machine room construction & wiring.Therefore,the rectification must be strengthened for the risk indicators that need to be rectified.At the same time,it also puts forward the safety risk management measures in the installation stage of the elevator project,selects the appropriate lifting point,the project manager should strengthen the daily inspection,do a good job of safety technical disclosure before installation,check the winch wire rope before use,strengthen the fire prevention management,place the installation safety fence and hang the safety warning board,reasonably select the leakage device,and do a good job in the rectification of the linkage of pit buffer and speed governor safety gear Strengthen the safety education of construction personnel and install protective fences to improve safety guarantee.So as to strengthen the safety risk management and better prevent the installation risk of elevator engineering.
