Abstract/Summary:
The prefabricated building is a kind of construction mode in which the main parts of the building structure are prefabricated and mass produced in the factory,transported to the project site and assembled by large-scale machinery at the construction site.It has the characteristics of short construction period,few construction personnel and saving resources,which is the development direction of the construction industry.The development time of prefabricated construction industry in China is short,and the problem of construction safety risk management is prominent.There are many problems in the research on construction safety risk assessment of prefabricated construction: the evaluation index is not comprehensive,the evaluation method is not scientific and so on.It is not conducive to the popularization and development of prefabricated buildings in our country.This thesis uses Cov-AHP-Fuzzy method to take the safety risk assessment and prevention of assembly construction as the research object,through the construction of assembly construction safety evaluation model and H assembly construction project as specific examples to solve the problems of safety risk prevention and emergency management of assembly construction.This thesis introduces the background and significance of studying the safety risk assessment and prevention of prefabricated building construction,through the discussion of the theoretical achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the fields of risk management and emergency management,this thesis puts forward the research direction,research methods,research route and innovation of this thesis.In this thesis,the concept and construction characteristics of prefabricated buildings,the safety risk assessment of prefabricated building construction,the identification of influencing factors of prefabricated building construction safety risk,the theory of prefabricated building construction safety risk management and the related theoretical knowledge of prefabricated building construction safety emergency management are introduced.This thesis presents the safety risk assessment index system and model of prefabricated buildings from the aspects of the influence of participants,construction equipment,materials,organization and management,construction methods,environment and so on.It includes five first-level indexes,such as the influence of participants,the influence of construction equipment,the influence of materials,the influence of organization and management and construction methods,the influence of environment,and19 second-level indexes,including the educational level of project participants.As the main research content of the safety risk assessment of assembly construction.Select the Cov-AHP-Fuzzy method,use the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the H assembly construction project,get the evaluation results,and analyze the reasons for the results.At the end of this thesis,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ability of risk prevention are put forward from five aspects: the influence of participants,the influence of construction equipment,the influence of materials,the influence of organization and management and construction methods,and the influence of environment.It also puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of prefabricated construction safety risk monitoring and early warning mechanism and prefabricated construction safety risk prevention and emergency preparedness mechanism.
