In recent years,the development of urbanization has promoted the prosperity of the construction industry,and the agent construction project is undoubtedly the product of the development of the Times.It can improve project quality,speed up project progress and reduce project cost,and then improve project management level and work efficiency.At the same time,there are many safety risks in the course of construction because of its great social influence,many uncertain factors and long construction time.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the identification of safety risk in the construction phase of construction projects on behalf of the construction system,and formulate practical risk prevention measures,this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the construction process of agent construction project.This paper considers the risk factors existing in the construction process of agent construction projects at home and abroad,and the corresponding risk assessment methods,taking the agent construction project of SH3 building in Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province as an example,this paper analyzes the possible safety accidents and other safety risks during the construction of the agent construction project.First of all,based on the understanding of the potential risks and safety problems in the construction process of the agent construction project and combined with the existing literature,this paper analyze from the aspects of personnel,construction materials,mechanical equipment,safety management and engineering environment,38 indicators were initially identified;By investigating the degree of membership and taking 0.86 as the critical value,7indexes were removed,and 31 indexes of “relatively important” and “very important” grades were selected;Based on the analysis of the correlation among the factors,5 first-class indicators and 20 second-class indicators of the safety risk factor index system in the construction phase of the agent construction project were determined by using 0.5 as the validity critical value and removing 11 indicators.Secondly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to analyze and calculate each index,the weight value is obtained,and a relatively complete construction safety risk evaluation model of agent construction project is established with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the paper gives the management enlightenment,through the construction safety risk management evaluation of the agent construction project of SH3 building,it concludes that the whole construction process of the agent construction project is in a “relatively safe”state,conform to the current actual construction situation.Therefore,safety risk management in construction process of agent construction project,the use of analytic hierarchy process to study the object of systematic decomposition,comparison judgment,comprehensive thinking for decision-making;Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to make a scientific,reasonable and practical quantitative evaluation to the evaluation object by precise digital means,which is easier to be understood and mastered by the decision-makers,and to make a scientific and effective prevention and control plan.
