| With the continuous development and expansion of the pharmaceutical industry,domestic pharmaceutical enterprises focus a lot of energy on the planning and construction of new projects.It is of great practical significance to carry out effective risk management in the process of project implementation,analyze the source,nature and law of risks,identify the main risk factors of the project and take necessary countermeasures to reduce the probability of risk occurrence and the loss of enterprises.Basing on the digital workshop construction project of Jianxing Pharmaceutical Ltd,this paper makes an analysis on the construction project risks,starting with the basic situation of the project,analysis of the main features of the project,and from the progress,financial,quality,management of the project risk factors analysis.We use the WBS analysis method to identify the project risk factors,identified a total of 13 risk factors in four areas: Progress,finance,quality,management.The Risk Weight of each dimension is analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then the sequence of each risk is analyzed and the risk grade of the whole project is determined by the mould and comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,according to the risk grade of each risk factor,the paper puts forward ten specific measures to deal with the high risk and medium risk by means of risk prevention,risk mitigation and risk retenti on,for the smooth implementation of the project and project management to provide reference and basis. |
