Research On Safety Risk Supervision Of Hazardous Chemicals Road Tanks

The road transportation of hazardous chemicals has brought great convenience to industrial development.At the same time,the great destructive power of hazardous chemical safety accidents has damaged the personal and property safety of the people.The safety accidents of dangerous chemicals and transportation safety have gradually become the focus of public opinion.Based on the Grounded theory,this paper analyzes the safety risk factors of hazardous chemicals road tanks,and quantitatively analyzes the occurrence and development trend of tank defects through historical data,explores reasonable and applicable control measures,improves the government’s supervision and supervision effect on hazardous chemicals on-board tanks,and ensures the safety of hazardous chemicals on-board tanks.Firstly,this paper summarizes and defines the concepts of hazardous chemicals,road tanks of hazardous chemicals,periodic inspection of tanks and types of tank defects.The on-board tank survey was designed according to the requirements of relevant regulations and standards,and the tank data were obtained from the two directions of periodical tank inspection and safety risk monitoring.A total of 3834 periodical tank inspection data from2016 to 2020 were obtained and 83 safety risk monitoring tank data.Secondly,the Grounded theory is used to conduct qualitative research on the safety risk of hazardous chemicals road tanks.The collected tank regular inspection data,safety risk monitoring data and relevant laws and regulations are coded at three levels.Through continuous induction and analysis of the refined concepts and categories,the safety risk factors of hazardous chemicals road tanks are finally confirmed as the core category,And the four safety risk factors are personnel factor,tank equipment factor,enterprise organization management and government supervision effect.Finally,the periodical inspection data from 2016 to 2020 and safety risk monitoring data of tanks are mathematically analyzed.By analyzing the situation of transportation enterprises and the regular inspection data of tanks,it is found that most transportation enterprises have tanks that need safety rectification;In the periodical inspection of tanks from 2016 to 2020,it was found that the incidence of safety rectification of road tanks of dangerous chemicals is high,and the incidence remains high all year round.In the safety risk monitoring data,it is found that the tank body failure rate of the tank body manufacturing enterprise is high,and the inspection item with the highest failure rate is data inspection.Summarize the safety risk factors of road tanks of dangerous chemicals,put forward corresponding countermeasures and optimization measures,provide the government with reference basis for strengthening the safety supervision of road tanks of dangerous chemicals,and strive to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in the transportation of dangerous chemicals and maintain the personal and property safety of the people.
