| Hazardous chemicals have played a very important role in the economic development of our country.In China,many hazardous chemicals are used every year,and most of them are carried out by way of road transportation.However,with the increasing demand for hazardous chemicals,many problems emerge gradually.Accidents of hazardous chemicals in transit have occurred,and the transportation of many hazardous chemicals has been in a chaotic situation,which makes transportation of hazardous chemicals produce lower economic benefits and poor social benefits.These problems arise partly because of China’s goods transportation risk analysis and measure of the crisis started relatively late,often in a major accident occurs to preventive measures.Compared with developed countries,logistics transportation of dangerous chemicals started late in our country.At this stage,China’s hazardous goods transport industry facilities and infrastructure is relatively weak,the quality of personnel also need to be improved,the relevant regulatory authorities of hazardous goods transportation supervision is not enough,resulting in a series of dangerous goods transportation accidents,serious harm and threaten the safety of people’s lives also,property,resulting in adverse social impact and major economic losses;on the other hand lies in the lack of scientific decision-making method of dangerous goods transportation route,so that to transport management caused confusion.For the study of transportation route optimization of hazardous chemicals,it is necessary to extend the research perspective to risk analysis and measurement,at the same time combine more applicable decision-making methods.In the foundation of product risk analysis and path optimization researches on risk,based on the theory of risk management and multi-objective decision based on the transport of hazardous chemicals and quantitative risk analysis,and try to solve the problem of the optimization of the transport path decision.In this paper,the relevant contents of risk management and multi-objective decision theory are firstly reviewed,and the related concepts such as hazardous chemicals and route optimization are defined,and several methods of route optimization are introduced.On this basis,through the analysis of transportation risk sources and risk factors of hazardous chemicals,the risk index system of hazardous chemicals transportation was established,and the model wasmeasured by fuzzy decision-making method.At the same time,according to the results obtained,the key elements of the transportation route optimization of hazardous chemicals are summarized,and the corresponding evaluation indicators are constructed.Furthermore,the principles,concepts,specific contents and decision matrix of route optimization are proposed,and the algorithm is solved by grey decision method.Finally,the foregoing research is applied to the case of transportation of hazardous chemicals to verify the practical significance of theoretical research.The introduction of risk management theory and optimization of transportation routes of hazardous chemicals is the key to improve the management level and performance level of hazardous chemicals transportation enterprises,as well as the key to protect people’s property safety and ecological environment.With the continuous promotion of scientific methods,it provides very powerful decision-making guarantee in policy implementation,which also makes the optimization of hazardous chemicals transportation route decision become a hot issue in the research of hazardous chemicals.In fact,each path is no absolute good or bad,in different hazardous goods transport situation,this paper aims to select the most appropriate,the most economical and safe transportation path,so as to provide a basis for decision making method and some support for selection of hazardous goods transport path. |
