Quality is the foundation of enterprise operation,the embodiment of its core competitiveness,and the strategic element of sustainable development.In today’s increasingly fierce market competition,low cost and high efficiency are the pursuit of all enterprises.In this competitive environment,the combination of "six sigma" and "lean" is increasingly valued by managers.The integration of these two management methods can promote the integration of the speed and quality of enterprise management,collectively known as lean six sigma.Many Chinese companies are studying Lean Six Sigma management method,but few companies can apply Lean Six Sigma to practice.At present,the research on Lean Six Sigma at home and abroad is still in the theoretical stage,and many enterprises are facing a problem,that is,how to organically integrate it with the actual situation in China,and finally establish a six sigma management model with Chinese characteristics.Firstly,this paper discusses the research on lean production and six sigma at home and abroad,expounds the basic concepts,tools and methods of six sigma,and expounds its theoretical system.This paper takes H enterprise as the object and takes improving its product quality as the main line,and applies the lean six sigma management tool DMAICII to the improvement of production quality.In the definition stage,according to the principle of lean manufacturing,define the scope and objectives of research and development,and formulate the implementation plan of research and development;In the measurement stage,some simple problems have been solved quickly through setting checkpoints,measuring system and process capability analysis and lean improvement method;In the analysis link,it analyzes the various influencing factorsand explores the main influencing factors;In the quality improvement stage,the optimal quality improvement scheme is obtained by optimizing the feeding coefficient,optimizing the addition process of standardized auxiliary MF,and reducing the spray temperature.In the control stage,the effectiveness of improvement was determined,the benefits of the project were evaluated scientifically,and a reasonable control plan was formulated and standardized.Finally,this thesis puts forward the guarantee measures to improve the product quality of F of H enterprise based on Lean Six Sigma,and evaluates the implementation effect from the aspects of product yield,employee dimssion rate,equipment abnormal times and economic benefits.The research in this paper will not only improve the management quality and product quality of Company H,enhance customer satisfaction and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,but also provide useful references for the successful promotion of Lean Six Sigma management in similar enterprises in China. |
