| Iron and steel enterprises reducing product inventory,improving delivery speed and reducing cost has become an important topic.Lean Six Sigma is a new management tool integrating lean thinking and Six Sigma.Its essence is to eliminate waste links based on customer needs.It is of great significance to apply Lean Six Sigma to solve the problem of warehouse out management in iron and steel enterprises.By using the experience of Lean Six Sigma Management in domestic and foreign enterprises for reference,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and case study,taking the product delivery management of JT company as an example,this paper makes a systematic analysis and Research on the product delivery optimization management.Firstly,the interview method is used to investigate and analyze the product delivery problems of JT company.Based on the interview results,this paper summarizes the problems existing in JT’s product delivery,including inventory management process to be optimized,lack of prediction of inventory demand,unreasonable inventory control and so on.then,it is determined that the main reasons for the problems are the backward concept of inventory management,the lack of effective prediction and monitoring of raw material management,the insufficient refinement of materials,and the backward optimization of inventory management technology.Then it proposes to change the concept of inventory management,strengthen prediction,analyze the inventory composition,improve the fineness of management,strengthen the monitoring and feedback of raw materials,apply Lean Six Sigma tools and just in time production theory,improve the vehicle ship direct collection proportion of marine products,and finally establish inventory management evaluation rules to complete the ex-warehouse optimization management of JT company’s products.Figure 13;Table13;Reference 50... |
