With the rapid development of the economy and society,the global economic situation has become complicated,and many enterprises are facing increasing competition pressure.If pharmaceutical companies want to seize opportunities while facing challenges,they must explore a low-cost,high-efficiency,high-quality management approach.Lean Six Sigma is a new type of management system that harmoniously integrates the “lean speed” and “six sigma quality” to achieve the goal of improving the economic efficiency and quality of the enterprise.It is very suitable for Chinese pharmaceutical companies.Combining Lean Six Sigma with the development practices of pharmaceutical companies is one of the main measures to solve the problems that plague enterprises.This thesis adopts the combination of theory and practice.Firstly,it expounds the two theories of lean production and Six Sigma.Then it discusses the integration of Lean Six Sigma.Finally,NK implements Lean Six Sigma as the research object,and takes equipment improvement as an application example.The analysis and research on the successful effect of NK Company’s use of Lean Six Sigma management tool DMAIC in the improvement of filling line equipment.In the definition phase,use the idea of lean production to identify key outputs and improvement objects of the project,determine the scope of improvement and project objectives;in the measurement phase,verify the effectiveness of the measurement system,use process analysis tools,methods,charts and other means to determine the possible ways to improve the process,take simple and rapid improvement measures for simple impact factors,and complex impact factors need to enter the analysis phase;in the analysis phase,multivariate graphs and two-way analysis of variance are used to judge the significance of the factors;in the stage,the optimal parameter setting of the factor is found through DOE experimental design and RSM analysis,and the improvement effect is confirmed.In the control stage,the improvement result is standardized and programmed,and the project results are solidified and effectively supervised.The successful application of Lean Six Sigma in the improvement of NK company’s filling line equipment has a creative effect on NK’s reduction of production cost,improvement of product quality and improvement of enterprise competitiveness,and provides reference and support for other similar enterprises to solve practical problems with Lean Six Sigma. |
