With the transformation of China’s economy from high speed development to high quality,and the increasing scale of the entertainment equipment market,G Enterprises needs low cost and high quality to build its own advantages.Gamepad is one of the core products of G enterprise,occupying 30% of the enterprise’s sales,but the product quality has not yet reached the requirements of the production department.Therefore,this thesis takes Lean Six Sigma theory as the basis and implements quality improvement with the gamepad of Enterprise G as the research object.Before posing the improvement problem,the stability and reliability of the quality inspection system of the gamepad was evaluated through Ga G R&R tool of Minitab software.Then,from the process capability of the gamepad,the causes of defects and the causes of consumer dissatisfaction,it was found that the scratch problem,the oil stain problem,and the poor motor and trigger welding problem were the three main factors leading to the lack of process capability of the gamepad.The three problems were analyzed in terms of their causes.For the scratch problem and oil stain problem,the key processes where the problems occurred were first screened by the cause-effect matrix method.Then,a double-ratio test was conducted on the operational elements under the process to identify the key influencing factors.For the motor and trigger welding defect problem,the influencing factors were first screened by statistical analysis,and then the importance of the influencing factors was confirmed by regression analysis.Different improvement plans are implemented for different key factors.Based on 5MIE,we implemented the improvement of material tray,guarding device,technique and tool to avoid the scratch and oil stain.Full factorial DOE based experimental design to solve the defective welding problem of motors and triggers.The effectiveness of this improvement is proved by the comparison of process capability and qualification rate of gamepad products before and after the improvement.The defective rate of gamepad was reduced from 5.02% to 2.37%,the defective rate caused by the welding problem of motor and trigger was reduced to 1.04%,the defective rate caused by scratches was reduced to 0.25%,and the defective rate caused by oil was reduced to 0%.All four indicators reached the intended target of this Lean Six Sigma quality improvement,and at the same time reduced the loss of about 150,000 RMB per month for the enterprise.Finally,the stability and reliability of the operation process and operation environment of the game handle are guaranteed by improving the standardized operation instruction and designing the standardized work review sheet,and the shortcomings of the quality system are compensated by the optimization of the organizational framework,incentive mechanism and staff quality management awareness training to guarantee the effectiveness of the enterprise’s quality management capability.In this thesis,Lean Six Sigma is applied to the production line improvement problem of G enterprise,and the effect of cost reduction and quality improvement is achieved,which provides the meaning of reference for the improvement of electronic product assembly line.There are 36 figures,72 tables and 87 references in this thesis.
