Lean Six Sigma management as a combination of management model,which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional lean production or six sigma management model,condenses the advantages of the two,in a more scientific,more refined combination form to achieve the effect of ensuring product quality,continuous optimization of management,improve production efficiency and resource utilization.It is a more advanced and efficient management method of enterprise production management.In recent years,under the research of many scholars,lean six sigma management has been enriched and developed in practice.With the phenomenon of production and quality convergence among money-printing enterprises,competition between enterprises has intensified.X company still run the original management system,can not fundamentally solve the problem,but also lead to a sharp increase in costs,delivery time can not be guaranteed,lost a large number of customers.Only the quality is guaranteed,in order to meet the needs of customers,therefore,in order to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise’s market,the use of Lean Six Sigma to solve the actual problems is very necessary.Based on the theory of lean six sigma management,based on the improvement of product quality of X company two-color coin as the research object,strictly follow the five steps of DMAIC and the application principle of Lean Six Sigma,gradually analyze and discover the quality problems of two-color coin products,and further analyze and study the causes of the production of two-color coin bad products,Based on this,it puts forward reasonable opinions and methods for continuous improvement of quality,with a view to improving the production quality of X company’s two-color coin products and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper attempts to explore the application of lean six sigma management model in practice through this study,on the one hand,in order to enrich the relevant theories,to provide scientific guidance for the production management practice of major enterprises,on the other hand,in order to provide financial manufacturing enterprises with a practical way of thinking,for them to improve product quality,optimize production management,Apply the Lean Six Sigma tool for reference.This paper has six chapters:First,it expounds the research background of Lean Six Sigma management,emphasizes its importance to the management of enterprise production,and also briefly summarizes the current situation of research at home and abroad,combs and summarizes the research results of scholars,and further discusses the significance of research on the subject,defined their connotation,initially constructed the theoretical framework of this study,the third to fifth chapter is mainly around X company,a brief introduction of the company’s operating situation,in-depth analysis of the company’s two-color coin product quality status quo,clear the quality of continuous improvement of the specific objectives.At the same time,from the quality improvement and quality control two aspects of X company two-color coin quality management implementation and optimization process,chapter 6 based on the perspective of full-text research,the results of the study is summarized,at the same time,the lean six sigma follow-up research made a prospect.
