The land area of Naiman Banner is 8×10~5hm~2,and the land desertification area is as much as 60%.Due to years of drought and less rain,sand prevention and ecological restoration are the focus of forestry work in the whole banner.Since the 1980s,the ecological restoration of sandy land in Naiman Banner has achieved considerable results.This thesis studies the coupling and coordination relationship between ecological,social and economic benefits in the process of ecological restoration,and discusses whether the improved ecological benefits can be coordinated with the economic society while the sand control work has obvious results,so as to realize the sustainable development of regional ecology,society and economy.In this thesis,22 indicators were selected from three aspects of ecological,social and economic benefits for ecological restoration of sandy land in Naiman Banner,and an ecological-social-economic comprehensive benefit evaluation system after ecological restoration of sandy land in Naiman Banner was constructed.The comprehensive benefit evaluation was carried out by market value method.Based on the ecological,social and economic data of Naiman Banner from 2001 to 2021,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree among ecological,social and economic benefits were analyzed,and reasonable suggestions were put forward for the existing problems and future development direction of local ecological restoration.The main research results are as follows:(1)From the perspective of benefit evaluation,the value of ecological benefit subsystem,social benefit subsystem and economic benefit subsystem of sandy land ecological restoration in Naiman Banner showed an overall upward trend from 2001 to2021.The total value of ecological benefit increased from 4.50×10~5million yuan in 2001 to8.09×10~5million yuan in 2021,an increase of about 1.8 times,ecological restoration project in promoting the restoration of the ecosystem.The economic benefits are steadily increasing,with a large increase.The total value has increased from1.77×10~5million yuan in 2001 to 4.72×10~6million yuan in 2021.The social benefits are also constantly improving.Social health care,cultural level and employment positions are increasing year by year,and the comprehensive benefits are significantly improved.(2)From the perspective of comprehensive benefit development degree,the comprehensive benefit development degree of ecological restoration in Naiman Banner sandy land is on the rise,and the T value of comprehensive benefit development degree increases from 0.032 in 2001 to 0.836 in 2021.It was unstable from 2001 to 2006,and began to grow steadily in 2006.In the later period,the benefits of the three have been continuously developing.(3)From the perspective of coupling degree,the coupling degree C value increased from 0.257 in 2001 to 0.942 in 2021.The change of coupling type is:low level coupling stage in 2001,antagonism stage in 2002,running-in stage in 2003-2008,and high level coupling stage in 2009-2021.From the perspective of coupling coordination degree,the coupling coordination degree D value increased from 0.091 in 2001 to 0.887 in 2021.The degree of coupling coordination changes as follows:from 2001 to 2007,the ecological-social-economic benefit subsystem showed a stage of imbalance and recession,of which 2001 was an extreme imbalance stage.In 2008,it was on the verge of a recession,2009-2021 was a stage of coordinated development,and in 2021 it was a stage of good coordination.(4)According to the prediction results of the grey prediction model,in the next five years,under the continuous promotion of the ecological restoration construction project,the coupling coordination degree between the’ecological-social-economic’systems after the ecological restoration of the Naiman Banner sandy land will still show an upward trend,and the three systems will gradually enter a high-quality coordination state.
