China has large reserves of coal resources,diverse and widely distributed,and it is also a big producer and consumer of coal.As the basic energy of China’s industrial development,coal has contributed to the prosperity and development of China’s social economy.However,at the same time,coal mining has brought different degrees of damage to the ecological environment of the mining area.Based on the regional basis,this paper takes the subsidence area of Huainan Coal Mine as the starting point,and conducts a comprehensive evaluation study on the benefits of ecological restoration project.The Huainan mining area is an important coal production base in China.Large-scale coal resource mining in Huainan mining area has caused surface subsidence and the ecological environment has become increasingly fragile.How to balance coal mining and environmental protection to achieve coordinated development of regional economic-society-ecological benefits is the biggest and most urgent problem to be solved at present.This paper evaluates the benefits of ecological restoration outcome for Huainan coal mining subsidence area,finds out the shortcomings of the ecological environment restoration project,and then puts forward solutions to improve the comprehensive benefits of the ecological environment restoration project.Firstly,the paper briefly describes the current situation of ecological restoration in coal mining subsidence area at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for the research path of this paper.Secondly,based on the theory of ecological restoration in coal mining subsidence area,the theoretical basis of this paper is consolidated.Thirdly,the ecological restoration process and current situation of the coal mining subsidence area in Huainan are deeply analyzed,and the problems existing in the ecological restoration are pointed out.A comprehensive evaluation index system for benefits of ecological environment in coal mining subsidence area was established.The first-level indicators are divided into three categories: social benefits,economic benefits,and ecological benefits.The second-level indicators select 18 indicators and collect relevant data through questionnaires.This paper adopts the group decision-making function of yaahp software to uses the average weight as the relative weight of experts to obtain the weight of the evaluation index.Taking the ecological restoration projects for the coal mining subsidence areas of Panji District,Datong District,and Xiejiaji District as the research object,the ecological restoration projects of the coal mining subsidence areas in these three district were synthesized by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show that only Datong district has a good comprehensive score of ecological restoration projects.The ecological restoration projects in the other two mining subsidence areas are at the average level.In terms of economic benefit,Xiejiaji District is the best;In terms of ecological benefit,Datong District is better than Xiejiaji district and Panji District;in terms of social benefits,Panji District is the best.Then,according to the deficiencies of ecological restoration projects in each district,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Figure [15] Table [14] Reference [69]...
