Ecological Value Evaluation And Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation Of Ecological Construction Project

The development of ecological environment construction projects has been increasing year by year due to the support of the government.It is worth exploring that how to ensure the ecological environment construction project effectively play its ecological protection role and economic and social benefits when completed.In this paper,the eco-construction project of Tianze Agro-ecological Park was investigated from ecological value evaluation and comprehensive benefit evaluation,which can provide the basis for the government to make relevant decision-making on Tianze agro-ecological park construction project.Firstly,this paper evaluates the ecological value of agro-ecological park from the perspective of ecosystem services.The ecological service value of agro-ecological park was determined by quantitative calculation of climate regulation benefit,environmental purification benefit,soil conservation benefit,hydrological regulation benefit and habitat benefit,totaling 371.4183 million RMB per year.The results showed that the ecological value of the agro-ecological park was significant.Secondly,in view of the problem that it is difficult to quantitatively evaluate the comprehensive benefit of ecological construction projects under construction,the paper creatively applies the results of ecological value evaluation to ecological benefit evaluation.This paper uses expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method to construct the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of ecological construction projects,evaluating the comprehensive benefits of eco-construction projects by quantitative evaluation of ecological value and qualitative evaluation of economic social Value.The calculating results of comprehensive benefit evaluation score for G= 0.797 points,in which the score of ecological benefit for G_<sub>1 = 0.759 points,the economic efficiency score for G_<sub>2 = 0.902 points and the social efficiency score for G_<sub>3 = 0.811,which indicating that economic benefit is the most significant and having extremely obvious contribution to the social development after finishing the construction of the modern agriculture demonstration park.Although the value of ecosystem services is in the high-level position,it still has development space.The role of comprehensive benefit is relatively weak in the industrial park,in order to meet the regional resources and environment sustainable development,more attentions should be focused on ecological construction and management.Finally,with the contributions as enhancing the park comprehensive benefits,avoiding the negative effects and improving the water environment and water resources supporting ability to regional sustainable development,policy suggestions and countermeasures for sustainable management are putted forward in the field of the park construction and management.
