With the rapid development of our economy,the development intensity of land space has gradually exceeded its carrying capacity,resulting in the increasingly fierce conflict of "Production-Living-Ecological" space and the increasingly prominent imbalance of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions,which has caused a series of environmental problems such as environmental pollution,land degradation and resource depletion.Under the background of prominent contradiction between human and land,how to optimize the spatial layout of land,make rational use of land resources,effectively solve the imbalance of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions,and realize the coordinated development among economic development,people’s life improvement and ecological environment protection,these are the prominent problems to be solved in urban development.Therefore,this paper takes 34 cities in the three northeastern provinces as the research objectives,giving comprehensive weight to the index weight based on entropy weight method,coefficient of variation method,standard deviation method and Critic method,building a comprehensive evaluation system of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions,analyzing the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces,and further studying the spatiotemporal distribution of the coupling coordination degree of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces with using the coupling coordination degree model,and conduct an empirical test of the panel data model.On this basis,the spatial autocorrelation analysis and regional difference analysis are carried out according to the evaluation results of the coupling coordination degree of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces,and finally targeted policy recommendations are put forward to provide scientific basis for improving the development level of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces and promoting the coordinated development of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions.The research results are as follows:(1)The production function,living function and ecological function of each city in the three northeastern provinces showed an overall upward trend from 2005 to2020.In terms of spatial distribution,the production function and living function showed a distribution pattern of "high in the south and middle,low in the north",and the ecological function showed a distribution pattern of "high in the east and north,low in the south".From the point of provincial administrative regions,the production function and living function level of Liaoning Province was higher than that of Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province as a whole,the ecological function level of Heilongjiang Province is higher than that of Liaoning Province and Jilin Province as a whole.(2)The coupling coordination degree of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions of each city in the three northeastern provinces showed an overall upward trend from 2005 to 2020.During the study period,the coupling coordination degree of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces changed from moderate imbalance to mild imbalance.By 2020,Shenyang and Dalian reached primary coordination,Changchun,Harbin,Daqing and Panjin were in basic coordination,and other prefecture-level cities were in mild imbalance.In terms of spatial distribution,it shows the development trend of "from point to area" and presents a pattern of "high in the south and middle,low in the north".From the point of provincial administrative regions,the coupling coordination level of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in Liaoning Province is higher than that in Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province as a whole.(3)From the point of the spatiotemporal difference of the coupling coordination degree of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces,the global Moran’s I of each year is greater than 0 from 2005 to 2020,which indicates that the coupling coordination degree of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions is positively correlated in the study area,that is,there is a certain agglomeration effect in geographical space,and the main types of agglomeration are H-H agglomeration and L-L agglomeration,which indicates that there are still certain differences in the three northeastern provinces.The nuclear density distribution curve of the three northeastern provinces,Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province generally shows a small rightward shift trend,which shows that the coupling coordination level of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces and in three provinces are constantly improving,and the overall Gini coefficient generally shows a development trend of rising first and then falling,which indicates that with the continuous development of "Production-Living-Ecological" functions in the three northeastern provinces,the difference of their internal coupling coordination degree is gradually narrowing.
