Yijinhuoluo banner belongs to the semi-arid to arid transition zone.It belongs to the wind break and sand fixation ecological function zone in the national ecological function zoning.It is an important part of the northern sand control belt in the ecological pattern of"two screens and three belts".Since2000,Yijinhuoluo banner has carried out the key forestry such as returning farmland to forest,three North Shelterbelt phase IV project,Beijing Tianjin sandstorm source control project and natural forest protection The coverage of forest and grass has been greatly increased.In order to have a better understanding of the ecological restoration status of Yijinhuoluo banner from 2000 to 2015,the benefits brought by the current ecosystem and the direction of future ecological restoration,this paper intends to carry out the coupling and coordination relationship between the ecological restoration benefits,and the research results will provide a theoretical basis for a new round of ecological restoration projects.Based on the land use types of 2000-2015,combined with the statistical yearbook and field survey data of Yijinhuoluo banner,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of ecological restoration efficiency with water conservation evaluation,soil and fertilizer fixation evaluation,environmental purification evaluation,economic scale evaluation,human settlements and Employment Evaluation,and regional efficiency evaluation as the factor layer,and uses the value cost method and market substitution method to determine the ecological restoration efficiency After the restoration of ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits,the entropy method is used to determine the index weight,the comprehensive index model and the coupling coordination model are used to analyze the ecological benefits,the coupling coordination of economic benefits and social benefits,and then the ecological compensation,industrial upgrading and other policy recommendations are put forward for the ecological restoration benefit pattern of Yijinhuoluo banner.The specific research results are as follows:(1)The main type of ecological system in Yijinhuoluo banner is grassland ecosystem,supplemented by forest ecosystem.From 2000 to 2015,the area of forest ecosystem increased significantly,with an increase of 1187.6km~2in 15 years,especially in 2010-2015,with an increase rate of 278%;compared with that,the change of grassland ecosystem area is not obvious,with a total decrease of 487.93km~2,desert sand ecosystem In the past 15 years,it has decreased by 736.8km~2.In2015,the desert sand ecosystem accounted for only 1.24%of the total area.In 2015,the forest coverage rate of the whole Yijinhuoluo banner reached 26.88%,and the vegetation coverage rate reached 85.98%,with significant changes in the ecological environment.(2)According to the comprehensive evaluation of ecological,economic and social benefits of ecological restoration in Yijinhuoluo banner,the total value of ecological benefits is the largest,reaching about 6.1 billion yuan/A in 2015,followed by economic benefits,and the three benefits are increasing year by year.(3)In the process of the change of ecological economic social benefit index in Yijinhuoluo banner,the ecological benefit increased from 0.26 to 0.46,the economic benefit increased from 0.035 to 0.246,about 8 times,the social benefit increased from 0.035 to 0.283,about 9 times and anti super economic benefit.From 2000 to 2015,the comprehensive development degree of benefits increased from 0.11 to0.33 in 2015.After 2005,the growth rate accelerated and continued.In the later stage,the three benefits have been developing continuously.(4)The coupling degree between ecological,economic and social benefits of ecological restoration in Yijinhuoluo banner has been on the rise from 2000 to 2015,from 0.62 in 2000 to 0.96 in2015;from the running in stage in 2000 to the high level coupling stage in 2005 and in the next 10 years.From 0.2616 in 2000 to 0.3628 in 2005,0.4664 in 2010,and finally to 0.5637 in 2015,the coupling coordination degree of ecological restoration benefits in Yijinhuoluo banner increased;the coupling coordination type of ecosystem restoration benefits developed from the moderate maladjustment recession in 2000,to the mild maladjustment recession in 2005,to the near maladjustment recession in2010,and finally to the reluctant coordination in 2015;the overall coordination level was relatively low There is still a little gap between the coordinated development range and the economic and social benefits still need to be slightly improved.(5)According to the evaluation of coupling coordination degree of ecological restoration benefits in Yijinhuoluo banner,the coupling coordination degree of ecological restoration benefits is higher and higher,and the development of ecological benefits is higher than economic benefits and social benefits.Therefore,it is necessary to improve ecological land use,increase ecological compensation,establish green concept,industrial transformation and upgrading,and enhance economic and social benefits on the premise of maintaining the ecological environment from being damaged Benefit,promote the coordinated development of the three.
