With the acceleration of urban construction in recent years,my country’s housing construction industry has developed rapidly,but the safety production situation of housing construction is still grim.The complex and dynamic characteristics of the building construction process lead to weaknesses in the safety system during the construction process,and the ability to resist external risks is weak.which increases the difficulty of safety management.Therefore,it is very necessary for the subsequent development to find the key points and improvement points of risk management of housing construction with vulnerability as the starting point,and to visualize the process of vulnerability risk management,so as to improve the safety management capability of housing construction enterprises..This paper takes the building construction safety system as the research object,combines the related concept theory of vulnerability to analyze the vulnerability factors of the building construction safety system,and introduces the system dynamics(System Dynamics,SD)idea to intuitively describe the effectiveness of vulnerability risk management.Firstly,the connotation of the vulnerability of the building construction safety system is defined based on the vulnerability theory,and the social technology system idea is introduced to analyze the vulnerability of the building construction safety system and form a conceptual model.Analysis;secondly,establish a two-dimensional intersection to identify influencing factors based on the constituent elements of the socio-technical system(individual,technology,organizational management,and internal and external environment)and the three characteristic elements of vulnerability(exposure,sensitivity,and fitness)as different dimensions.Then,the network structure of vulnerability influencing factors is constructed by Analytic Network Process(ANP),and the concept of hyper-matrix is introduced to calculate local weight and global weight,and the degree of influence(influence weight)is used as the horizontal dimension and network structure.The number of related factors in the middle is the vertical dimension to form an improved risk matrix,and the risk level of the vulnerability influencing factors is explorably divided;finally,the system dynamics Vensim software is used to draw a causal relationship diagram to qualitatively describe the relationship between the vulnerability influencing factors of the building construction safety system.After dividing the variables,a system dynamics model is constructed based on causal analysis,and the parameter equations of each variable are determined according to the interaction relationship and weight of the influencing factors,so as to realize the dynamic change trend of the vulnerability of the building construction safety system under single management measures and joint management measures.simulation.In order to verify the feasibility of the constructed model,taking a housing construction project in Shanghai as an example,the vulnerability of the building construction safety system under single management measures and joint management measures is visually presented through simulation,and the optimal risk management measures are found.According to the results,a set of management measures based on the interaction of vulnerability influencing factors is proposed,which provides a scientific and reasonable basis for the safety management personnel of housing construction.
