Study On The Risk Management In Construction Project Of Ground Gathering System Of Yan Chang’s N.2 Gas Well

At present, we need to accelerate the development of natural gas as the demand for gas resources is more and more in the process of the rapid development of economy. However, there are a lot of risk factors in the construction of gas gathering system, the same as any other projects. How to fully recognize these risk factors, do risk assessment, make responding and monitoring measures according to the specific situations and ensure the project go smoothly has increasingly become an important task to fulfill for the development of natural gas industry.This article firstly reviews the research status quo of risk management, and then summarizes the basic theories of risk management, and last introduces basic information of the construction of Yan Chang’s No.2 ground gathering system and the present situation of the company’s risk management. On the basis of In reference to research results in the literatu re and expert interview, this article makes exploratory comprehensive hypothesis for the potential key risk factors of construction project of ground gathering system of Yan Chang’s No.2 gas well,and points out that technical factors, environmental factors, natural factors and equipment factors are the main risk factors which affects the secure construction of natural gas ground gathering system. After evaluate the major risk factors by using the analytic hierarchy process,responding and monitoring measures are put forward.Through the research and application of risk management in this natural gas development project, the author excepts the achievement of risk management popularization in the gas development project of Yan Chang’s Gas Fields, further optimize the risk analysis methods, increase the maneuverability of the risk management research, and finally achieve the purposes that reducing benefit loss and promoting the development of risk research.
