The Coupled Coordination Analysis Of China North Ecotone’s Socio-economic And Ecological Environment System

The ecological environment of northern ecotone is weak, poverty and environmental degradation situation become more and more serious. Article is based on socio-economic and ecological environment subsystem, selecting 16 indicators to build a harmonious development of the ecological environment evaluation index system level. Empirical analysis of the northern ecotone 26 prefecture-level cities of socio-economic and ecological environment coupled coordination is made by using the analytic hierarchy process- entropy combination weighting method, coupling degree model and the coupling coordination degree model and intercepting 2001,2006,2011 time in three sections. The results showed that:(1) Degree of coupling and coupling coordination degree of economic and social system in North Ecotone’s all regions is various, and the spatial distribution does not have a correspondence, the overall performance is the western and eastern regions have a higher coupling coordinate degree than the central regions, and there is some correspondence between the level of coordination and economic development in various regions.(2) Economic and environment system’s coupling level is low in North Ecotone, but the overall level has improved, and the number of highly coordinated class area is smaller, the number of low-level coordination class areas is reducing, most low-grade class coordination regional coordination gradually to moderate class change, the differences within the region is gradually narrowing.(3) For the development of North Ecotone economic and environment coordination degree coupling situation, in order to be able to coordinate the rapid development of the region, you can use the following measures: ①Improve the overall quality of the population in the study area and invigorating. ②Adjust the industrial structure in the study area, and accelerate the development of secondary and tertiary industries. ③Strengthen the environmental protection in the study area, planting vegetation to restore sand. ④Establish regional common development concept, strengthen inter-regional cooperation and collaboration and so on.
