| As a well-known golden waterway and industrial corridor at home and abroad,the Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important area for my country’s economic development.With the implementation of the national strategy for the Yangtze River Economic Belt,green and high quality has become the main theme of the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.On the one hand,the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a relatively complete industrial system and a relatively solid foundation for advanced manufacturing industries;The overdraft of ecology is becoming more and more obvious in the process of economic development.Therefore,the concept of ecological priority and green development is gradually gaining popularity,and the requirements for promoting high-quality coordinated development of industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are becoming more and more urgent in the process of building a new development pattern.This paper takes the industrial industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,and takes high-quality coordinated development as the foothold,and deeply studies the coupling and coordinated development of industrial economic development,scientific and technological innovation,and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.First of all,this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad by sorting out the literature,and on this basis,clarifying the mechanism of action between the three subsystems.Then,according to the development characteristics of the study area,an evaluation index system for the coupling coordination degree of industrial economic development-scientific and technological innovation-ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt was established,and each index was weighted by the entropy weight method.First,this paper calculates the comprehensive development index of the three subsystems of industrial economic development,technological innovation and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and analyzes its evolution trend.On this basis,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model are used to calculate the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the industrial economic development-scientific and technological innovation-ecological environment system in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The level and development trend of its coupling degree and coupling coordination degree.At the same time,this paper compares and discusses the results of different assignments of the undetermined coefficients,and finds out the assignment method with the highest degree of coupling coordination.Secondly,this paper introduces the Moran index spatial econometric model to analyze the spatial correlation of the coupling coordination degree of industrial economic development-scientific and technological innovation-ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The Moran index analyzes the agglomeration between provinces and cities.Finally,this paper uses the obstacle diagnosis model to identify the obstacle factors that hinder the coordinated development of industrial economy development,technological innovation and ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The comprehensive development index of the industrial economic development-scientific and technological innovation-ecological environment subsystems in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a steady growth trend.(2)The coupling level of industrial economic development-scientific and technological innovation-ecological environment in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is relatively high,but the level of coupling coordination is relatively low,with the distribution characteristics of upstream < midstream < downstream.(3)When the value of the coefficient to be determined is α=β=γ=1/3,the coupling coordination degree has the highest value.(4)There is an obvious positive spatial correlation in the coupling coordination degree of industrial economic development-scientific and technological innovation-ecological environment system in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the overall Moran index shows a development trend of first increase and then decrease.There is agglomeration in the coupling and coordination degree of industrial systems in various provinces and cities,which is mainly manifested in the "high-high" aggregation in the downstream and the "low-low" aggregation in the upstream.(5)The main obstacle factor hindering the coordinated development of the industrial economic development-scientific and technological innovation-ecological environment system in the industrial science and technology innovation system in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.During the research period,the first obstacle factor changed from the original single to the diversified.Figure [11] Table [15] Reference [109]... |
