| Rural revitalization strategy is an important strategy to realize agricultural modernization and rural sustainable development, but with the rapid development of social economy, the rural ecological environment often cannot be coordinated with it,so that the rural ecological environment problems become increasingly prominent, especially the pollution of rural household waste.Rural household waste classification is the proper meaning of solving rural household waste pollution. Therefore, how to improve farmers’ willingness to participate in waste classification and treatment and how to improve farmers’ participation in waste classification and treatment are important issues to be solved urgently in rural environmental management.Based on the planned behavior theory, social identity theory and situational effect theory, this paper constructs a model of farmers’ participation intention and behavior in waste sorting and management based on the influencing factors of farmers’ participation intention and behavior and the transformation of “will-behavior”.Based on the survey data of 646 samples in Yulin,Yan an and Weinan cities of Shaanxi Province, this paper uses structural equation model to dig into the main factors that affect farmers’ willingness and behavior to participate in waste sorting and management.Through multiple regression analysis and multi-group analysis, the author tries to clarify the reasonable logic of the transformation of “will-behavior”in household waste classification and management in the concept of face, village belonging and cadre trust. The results show that:(1)the behavioral attitude and subjective norms of farmers positively affect the intention of participating in waste classification management, but have no significant effect on the participation behavior of farmers;Perceived behavior control has no significant effect on farmers’ willingness to participate in waste classification management, but has a positive effect on farmers’ participation in waste classification management.(2)Farmers’ willingness to participate in waste classification and governance plays a partial mediating role between behavioral attitudes and waste classification and governance participation, between subjective norms and waste classification and governance participation, and between perceived behavior control and waste classification and governance participation.(3)The concept of face, the sense of belonging to a village and the trust of cadres in social sense have a direct effect on the participation willingness and behavior of farmers in waste sorting and management, and different social sense factors have different influence degrees and mechanisms.(4)The concept of face, the sense of belonging to the village and the trust of cadres in the social sense have significant and different moderating effects on the participation intention, behavior and “willing-behavior” of waste sorting and management in the behavioral attitude, subjective norms and perceived behavior control, and the trust of cadres is the key factor affecting the transformation of “willing-behavior”Based on the empirical results, this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Give full play to the guiding role of the government to reduce the difficulty of waste classification for farmers.(2)Rational use of village trunk demonstration effect, exhorting farmers to participate in waste classification.(3)Take advantage of the reasonable atmosphere of villagers to improve the atmosphere of waste classification in the village. |
