Research On Public Participation Willingness Of Waste Classification And Recycling

Municipal solid waste(MSW)is a kind of "misplaced resource".If it can be reasonably planned and managed,it can not only effectively maintain ecological security,but also realize resource recycling.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the construction of ecological civilization in China,and people’s concept of environmental protection has been gradually strengthened,so it has become the general trend to promote the development of reverse logistics.As an important part of reverse logistics,garbage sorting and recycling can not only ensure the long-term operation of the supply chain mechanism,but also bring certain economic benefits.Garbage sorting and recycling is to put the garbage at the source and turn it into resources again through sorting,transportation and recycling.It is a reform of the traditional way of garbage recycling and disposal,and one of the most effective scientific management methods at present.In this paper,the author believes that public participation is the source of waste classification and recycling,and the willingness of residents to participate in waste classification and recycling is the basis of public participation in waste classification and recycling.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the previous research on garbage classification and public participation willingness,puts forward hypotheses based on the theory of planned behavior,technology acceptance model and norm activation theory,and establishes the structural process model of public participation willingness of garbage classification and recycling.By issuing questionnaires and collecting data,spss26.0 and amos23.0 were used for analysis of variance,reliability and validity,goodness of fit test,model path analysis and multi group analysis to get the final model.Test the hypothesis and draw the conclusion: the perceived behavior control and personal norms of public participation in waste sorting and recycling positively affect the willingness to participate.Based on this,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the whole process of waste classification and recycling from the perspectives of the public,enterprises and the government,which has a vital role and reference significance for comprehensively promoting the development of waste classification and recycling and reverse logistics in the future.
