Research On Rural Ecological Revitalization In Huaping County, Lijiang City Under The Rural Revitalization Strateg

Comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization is the theme of the party and the country to effectively promote the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers on the new journey of the new era.It is also a necessary measure to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and build a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics.As one of the " five revitalizations " of the rural revitalization strategy,rural ecological revitalization is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.In the new era,promoting the revitalization of rural ecology not only meets the people ’s yearning for a better life in rural areas,but also embodies the century-old heart and sacred mission of the Communist Party of China to serve the people,and provides the necessary guarantee for the comprehensive green transformation of China ’s economy and society.This paper selects Huaping County,Lijiang City,Yunnan Province as the research site.Firstly,it analyzes the connotation of rural revitalization and rural ecological revitalization,and combines the academic achievements and viewpoints of experts and scholars at home and abroad to sort out and summarize the relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,this paper analyzes and expounds the overall status quo of Huaping County in Lijiang City in six aspects : leading " ecological green " with " Party building red," strengthening rural ecological protection and restoration work,promoting comprehensive improvement of agricultural pollution,continuously promoting improvement of rural living environment,actively promoting agricultural recycling development and promoting the realization of rural ecological resource value,and selects R Town T Village,S Town L Village and Y Township G Village as cases to analyze the successful experience of local development.Thirdly,in view of the problems such as the lack of a long-term mechanism for the improvement of rural living environment,the weak construction of environmental protection infrastructure,the systematic construction of environmental protection law enforcement team to be further improved and the lack of green agricultural technology training,the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed.Finally,this paper proposes to innovate in further improving the level of rural grassroots party organization construction,comprehensively improving the level of rural environmental protection facilities construction,increasing the comprehensive construction of environmental protection law enforcement teams,and carrying out county green agricultural technology training according to local conditions.
