Research On Rural Ecological Construction Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the reform and opening-up,our social economy has gained rapid development,while the ecological environment problem has gradually emerged.The problem of rural ecological construction has become the major topic that academic world has paid enough attention to and conducted further discussion.The rural revitalization strategy proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has provided valuable opportunities to solve the predicament of rural development and promote successful construction of ecological and livable and beautiful countryside.What is the relationship between rural revitalization and the construction of rural ecological civilization?What kinds of characteristics should the construction of rural ecological civilization present based on rural revitalization?What kinds of problems has existed in current construction of rural ecological civilization?How to carry out the construction of rural ecological civilization from the perspective of rural revitalization......It has academic values and practical significance to discuss on these problems.This paper,based on the theory of Marxism as well as the necessary explanation of the core concepts and the systematical arrangement of relevant literature,is to study rural ecological construction in the context of rural revitalization through literature research,system analysis,inductive analysis,the combination of theory and practice.First of all,to consider in a coupling way by combining the rural revitalization with the construction of rural ecological civilization closely so as to grasp the essential connotation between them and elaborate the dynamic relationship between them further.Secondly,centered on the general requirements of rural revitalization,this paper is to analyze the demand of rural ecological construction in order to explore the objective characteristics of rural ecological construction.Thirdly,according to the concrete practice of rural revitalization,this paper is to sort out and summarize the actual situation of rural ecological construction to make further analysis of the concrete problems in the rural ecological construction.Finally,taking the politics,economy,culture,society,peasant and other aspects into consideration,the paper is to evaluate the successful path to completing rural ecological construction from "actual" to "ideal",in order to promote the development of rural ecological construction and rural revitalization,and at the same time,some feasible suggestions and countermeasures will be put forward to solve the problems in the course of rural ecological construction.
