Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Water Pollution Control In S Town Of Henan Province

In recent years,with the sustainable development of our rural economy,great changes have taken place in the production and life style of farmers.They gradually live a richer and better life,but the problem of water pollution in rural areas is becoming more and more prominent.This is due to historical reasons caused by the urban-rural dualization,rural economic growth mode is too extensive,farmers lack of environmental awareness,and water pollution control measures are ineffective.Rural water pollution directly affects the improvement of rural ecological environment and hinders the sustainable development and normal production and life in rural areas.This is not only related to the improvement of rural viability,but also related to the improvement of farmers’ living standards.At the same time,it is also directly related to farmers’ sense of gain,happiness and security,and ultimately affects the realization of the rural revitalization strategy in rural areas.In S Town of Henan Province,agriculture develops rapidly,the rural land area is large,the area is broad,the population is large,the corresponding rural water pollution problem is also more prominent,it is not easy to change.The treatment efficiency of rural household garbage is low,domestic sewage affects the safety of drinking water use in rural areas,the overdrawing of groundwater cannot be effectively controlled,the long-term use of pesticides and fertilizers has increasingly deepened the pollution of rural water resources,and the industrial pollution in urban areas is transferred to rural areas,which makes the water pollution in rural areas more prominent.All these seriously restrict the progress and development of rural society in S Town,so it is urgent to solve the problem of rural water pollution.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to study the rural water environmental pollution,the difficulties and problems of water environmental pollution management,and the treatment and mitigation of water environmental pollution.This paper takes S Town of Shenqiu County as an example,takes water pollution control as the research topic,and conducts in-depth research and analysis through the example of S Town of Shenqiu County.The research is divided into six parts,mainly including the following aspects: The first is the introduction,which expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research status,and analyzes the research ideas and methods of this paper.The third is the field study of the current situation of rural water pollution and its treatment in S Town,Henan Province.Taking S Town,Shenqiu County,Henan Province as an example,the basic situation of water resources in this area,the current situation of water pollution,the treatment situation and the corresponding treatment measures are understood through the field investigation.The overall water resources of S Town are relatively rich,and there are mainly three kinds of water pollution:industrial enterprise pollution,agricultural pollution and rural living pollution.S Town has made progress and improvement in the treatment of rural water pollution,but there are still some deficiencies and problems.The fourth is the problems existing in the rural water pollution treatment of S Town.The prominent problems in the rural water pollution treatment of S Town in Henan Province are analyzed,which mainly include the imperfect infrastructure of water pollution treatment,the lack of water pollution treatment work,the inadequate implementation of water pollution treatment responsibilities,the lack of collaborative treatment and public participation in water pollution treatment.The fifth is the analysis of the causes of the problems of rural water pollution treatment in S Town,mainly from the regulations,policies and management mechanism,capital investment,technical means and talents,ideological understanding is not in place and other five aspects.Sixth,countermeasures and suggestions for water pollution control in S Town.Based on the above problems and reasons,the path of rural water pollution control is studied.This paper mainly studies the countermeasures from six aspects,and puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the system and laws and regulations,perfecting the water pollution treatment mechanism,increasing capital investment and establishing multi-financing mechanism,speeding up the construction of infrastructure and perfecting the equipment of hardware infrastructure,enhancing the environmental protection awareness and legal concept of rural residents and enterprises,and strengthening the participation and supervision of multiple subjects.Therefore,this paper believes that we must strengthen the control of rural water pollution,in order to effectively improve rural environmental quality.Strengthening water pollution control in rural areas plays a very important role in improving rural living environment.which is closely related to the vital interests of every rural resident.On the other hand,by adopting a collaborative governance approach,we can solve the existing problems in order to really solve the goal of the problem.Only in this way can we fundamentally solve the problem and change the predicament we are currently facing.Therefore,we should take active and effective measures as soon as possible to curb the bad situation of water pollution.In rural water pollution control work,we need to make new breakthroughs to promote the sustainable use and development of rural water environment.This is also a key part of the rural revitalization strategy.First of all,the government needs to strengthen leadership and promote the implementation of rural water pollution treatment and include it in the planning of rural revitalization.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of rural environmental protection and improve farmers’ awareness of environmental protection.Finally,it is necessary to strengthen scientific and technological support and promote new technologies applicable to rural water environment governance,so as to improve the governance effect.In short,only by strengthening the rural water pollution control work,so as to improve rural living environment and promote rural sustainable development.
