| Due to its low transport cost and large transport volume,maritime transport is becoming an important product transport route relied on by various countries and enterprises.Maritime transportation cannot do without waterway construction,but waterway construction is a project with complex technology and high investment,so it is particularly important for the safety risk assessment of port waterway anchorage construction.This theies firstly establishes the criterion layer of safety risk assessment system of port channel anchorage construction from four aspects: natural factor,environmental factor,management factor and system factor.In the sub-criterion layer,the natural factors are studied from three aspects: meteorology,hydrology and geology and geomorphology.The environmental factors are studied from four aspects:cultural environment,traffic environment,safety facilities and navigation environment.The management factors are studied from four aspects: personnel management,safety management,fund management and site management.The system factors are studied from four aspects: emergency plan system,inspection and management system,education and training system and punishment system.Secondly,in terms of the index level,the Delphi survey method is used to screen the membership degree and content validity of 55 indicators,and nine indicators are deleted,leaving 46 indicators to form the safety risk assessment index system of port channel,channel and anchorage construction.Again,this theies studied the relationship between the four indexes of the above.Secondly,the relationship between indexes is studied,and the network chromatography analysis(ANP)structure model of LYG300,000-ton port channel anchorage construction safety risk assessment index system is formed.The index weight of criterion layer,sub-criterion layer and index layer is determined by quantitative assignment,the judgment matrix of each level is constructed,and the corresponding index weight is calculated.The safety risk evaluation grade of Ly G300,000-ton port channel anchorage construction was investigated by using Delphi survey method,and then the safety risk evaluation grade of Ly G300,000-ton port channel anchorage construction was obtained.Finally,from the perspective of natural factors,environmental factors,management factors and institutional factors,the thesies puts forward the safety measures of LYG 300,000-ton class port channel anchorage construction,to provide some theories and methods for improving the safety of port channel anchorage construction. |
