| In view of the increase of ship throughput in coastal ports in recent years,and the current situation that the existing anchorage scale,water depth,area and function cannot meet the current situation and future development needs of the port,Yingkou port is planning to add anchorage for the purpose of meeting the needs of ship navigation and anchorage.The project evaluation shows that the safety of the planned new anchorage is enough to meet the requirements of relevant national regulations,but it will exert certain influence on the navigation of ships in the waters of Yingkou port area,resulting in the adjustment of the original ship’s customary route.At the same time,after the anchorage planning of Yingkou port,it is an important supplement to evaluate the navigation safety of ships in the area between anchorage and channel.This is because the area will serve as a channel for ships to enter and leave the anchorage,and the navigation safety of ships in the area is equally important.By using the extension evaluation model of entropy weight matter-element,this paper quantitatively evaluates the navigation safety between anchorage and channel.First of all,through the analysis of the factors influencing the navigation safety between the anchorage and the channel area after the anchorage planning of Yingkou port,the relevant factors can be divided into the following three aspects.That is,natural environment factor,traffic environment factor and ship factor.After the above analysis,13 evaluation indexes are selected to determine the evaluation index system,grade and standard.The entropy weight matter element extension model is introduced into the navigation safety evaluation of Yingkou Port anchorage planning,and the evaluation model is established.Finally,the relevant model is used to calculate the navigation safety of three areas between anchorage and channel.On the basis of example calculation,vertical comparison and horizontal comparison,the navigation safety of the area between the anchorage and channel after the anchorage planning of Yingkou port is analyzed in detail.According to the calculation results:the area between the 8th anchorage and the waterway,as well as the area between the 1st and 2nd anchorages and the waterway are at low risk,and the area between the 4th and 5th anchorages and the waterway is at a relatively lower danger level.The above evaluation results can be used as a reference for the anchorage planning of Yingkou port.Finally,the conclusions of this paper is that the navigation of ships enjoys higher safety after the anchorage planning of Yingkou port. |
