Study On Optimization Of Staff Training System Of BH Chemical Plant

At the age of knowledge economy,plants with high-quality human resources own the most important competitive abilities.As an important way of human resource development,staff training is the foundation for the enterprises to achieve strategic goals,which affects the plant’s performance,core competencies,brand strategy,market share and many other aspects.Therefore,improving the scientific training system is an important guarantee of the access to high-quality human resources and sustainable development for the plant.To get the survival and development space,plants must continue enhancing the core competitiveness which requires a lot of chemicals business talents as a powerful guarantee for the development of enterprises.However,enterprises of chemical industry at this stage generally have problems like high-quality talents shortage,poor source of talents,the brain drain,not high level of overall quality of employees.Building efficient staff training system and improving the effectiveness of staff training is an urgent object to study for the chemicals business.This paper takes the current situation of the staff training system of BH Chemical Plant as the entry point,uses the classical and cutting-edge theories of training at home and abroad,combines with the actual situation,sorts out and analyzes the original staff training system of BH Chemical plant,extensively reviews and collects advanced staff training modes,processes and management at home and abroad,and studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the staff training of BH Chemical plant.Based on the basic theories of staff training such as competency model,this paper optimizes the existing training system from the aspects of training system,training demand,training plan,training content,training lecturer team construction and so on,and puts forward the safeguard measures for the optimization and implementation of the staff training system.It provides an effective reference for enterprises to continuously build a team of high-quality talents and enhance their market competitiveness.
