Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are an important force in China’s rapid economic growth.These enterprises can quickly respond to market changes,adjust their industrial structure,and more importantly,they can provide a lot of employment opportunities to the society and contribute to social development.And small and medium-sized enterprises have a guiding role in the selection of talents,which can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of staff.Therefore,SMEs pay more and more attention to the training of internal personnel.Talents are the core strength of every enterprise.Through effective staff training,enterprises can enhance their overall competitiveness.Take Shanghai MM Printing and Packaging Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper studies and analyses the internal training system of small enterprises located in suburbs,and optimizes a set of staff training system.The leaders attach importance to staff management,and gradually train a group of competent managers and experienced operators.However,there are many problems in the internal training system of enterprises,and some bad results,such as frequent turnover of employees,lazy and inactive attitude of employees,and even the phenomenon of rework caused by errors.Therefore,through visiting and observation of Shanghai MM Company,interviews with relevant leader,and questionnaire survey of employees,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the staff training system of Shanghai MM Company,finds out its problems and puts forward optimization plans for the problems.Through the investigation and analysis of Shanghai MM Company,we know that the training content is not clear,the needs of employees at all levels are not clearly analyzed and targeted training;the training form is single and so on,and so on.On the basis of integrating theory with practice,this paper optimizes the staff training program for Shanghai MM Packaging Printing Co.,Ltd.and carries out it in combination with the actual situation.
