With the continuous development of society,continuous improvement of product quality and technical content is the only way for Chinese companies in the future.The talent reserve is of great significance to an enterprise,so it is necessary for an enterprise to carry out targeted and obvious professional training on corporate branding.Since the establishment of R company,it has mostly focused on market development,project construction,safety management,etc.,to a certain extent,it has neglected the work of staff training.There were still some shortcomings and loopholes in the work of staff training at the beginning of the company's establishment.Based on the relevant academic theoretical results and successful corporate training experience,the author conducts in-depth research on company R,and forms an analysis report on the direction of employee training,and optimizes the design of the employee training program of company R,aiming to lay a foundation for the training of employees of company R Good foundation.This article mainly uses literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods to study the improvement of R company's employee training program.In the research process,through the research on the basic status quo of R company and the current employee training model,the problems and causes of the company's training for employees are explored.Then,by summarizing the principles and ideas of the reform and design of the employee training program,the design content of the improvement program was proposed from the aspects of training plan formulation,training demand forecasting,training courses,training lecturers,training process,and training effect evaluation.In order to guarantee the implementation of the plan,the company needs to establish and improve the company's organizational structure and rules and regulations from the aspects of organizational guarantee,system guarantee,capital guarantee,the establishment of training management system,and the establishment of incentive mechanism.This article not only helps R company optimize its own training program for frontline employees,but also has some reference significance for the improvement and upgrading of training systems of other companies in the same industry.
