| With the economic boom since the reform and opening up,life science and technology in China has grown significantly,and more and more biotechnology companies have emerged,intensifying the fierce competition in the industry itself,coupled with the entry of famous foreign biotechnology companies into the Chinese market,which has had a significant impact on the development of local biotechnology companies in China.The future development direction and prospects of newly established biotechnology companies have attracted widespread attention from the industry and academia,and the formulation of corporate development strategies to achieve long-term development has become a crucial and urgent task in front of the companies.In view of this,this paper takes DY Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,takes the basic theory of enterprise development strategy as the research perspective,mainly uses SWOT,PEST,Porter’s five forces model,strategic factor evaluation matrix and other research tools,firstly,examines and processes the internal resources of DY Biotechnology Co.After that,the external environment faced by the company was sorted out and the external opportunities and threats of the company were listed,and the evaluation matrix of the external factors of the company was constructed.Finally,this paper uses the SWOT strategy matrix to analyse the SO,ST,WO and WT strategies of the company,and then compares the results with the company’s own mission,vision and values to develop a combination of SO and ST strategies.In order to successfully implement the development strategy,this paper explores the development path based on the company’s resources and capabilities in the areas of organisational structure optimisation,company culture building,customer resource management and company information technology.Based on future trends in the development of the global industrial sector and the level of real-time changes in localised market changes,the API industry is under great pressure to develop,both from the perspective of market prospects and industrial competitiveness.This paper examines the capabilities of DY Biologicals Ltd.and analyses the market environment to select a suitable corporate development strategy that will facilitate the possibility of the company’s own completion of stable and sustainable development over time and,at the same time,can provide actionable lessons for other companies or enterprises in the same field. |
