As a private joint-stock enterprise,Genliduo company has developed rapidly in recent years.However,the current fierce market competition leads to obvious changes in the relationship between supply and demand,and enterprises are facing the challenges of survival and development.In order to get rid of the shrinking complex fertilizer industry,enterprises must adjust their development ideas in combination with the actual situation,so as to find their own position and the right direction of development in the market competition.Based on the comprehensive research on the root more force at home and abroad of the company's development present situation,the external environment,industry environment and development strategy are analyzed,and help to further the root of the force of company development strategy more running mechanism,enrich and perfect the study of the theory and method of the optimization of the company development strategy to promote root more force to provide countermeasures and Suggestions.First of all,based on the in-depth analysis of the relevant concepts and levels of enterprise strategy,the development status,product features and sales model of Genliduo are analyzed.Secondly,by means of PEST method,the macro environment and industrial environment in which root Genliduo company is located are revealed,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of root duo li company's development strategy.Thirdly,based on the SWOT analysis of Genliduo company,this paper proposes the optimization of the development of Genliduo company from the aspects of production technology,product structure,personnel guarantee and marketing.According to the research,it is proposed that :(1)the products of Genliduo company cover multiple series of compound fertilizer,liquid fertilizer and pesticide,etc.,with rich product categories;(2)at the same time,Genliduo company adopts three marketing modes of deep distribution,medium distribution and shallow distribution,which broaden the channels for product sales;(3)in terms of internal resources,Genliduo has the advantages of good brand effect,good accounting status,emphasis on product research and development,and good corporate culture;At the same time,there are obvious deficiencies in personnel structure,marketing model,management and coordination ability and product homogeneity.In terms of external environment,Genliduo company is driven by the strong support of national policies,rapid economic development and extensive application of fertilizers.However,the intensified competition,rising cost and imperfect legal system in the fertilizer industry have caused a lot of troubles to Genliduo company.(4)more power company should be based on the existing strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,from establishing the effective mechanism,the innovation,pay attention to product development and production,improve the level of chinese-foreign cooperation in research and development,strengthening the research and development ability of secrecy,perfecting the internal organizational structure,improve the system of human resource management,sales network to establish a national strategy,strengthen the development of the secondary market and perfect the enterprise culture construction and so on to establish development strategy.
