Since the reform of the three systems of state-owned enterprises and the development of the "14th Five-Year Plan",the enterprise leadership gradually realized the importance of building an excellent and capable talent team for the development of enterprises.As one of the largest gas operating enterprises in Yunnan Province,K Company is responsible for the urban gas business and the production and operation management of hazardous chemicals of China National Petroleum Corporation in Yunnan Province.With the continuous expansion of the company,Yunnan K Gas Company has cultivated a group of technical management talents with strong innovation ability and courage to endure hardships since its establishment.Most of them assume the role of grassroots management personnel.As the foundation of the company’s management structure,grassroots management personnel are the direct leaders and participants of front-line production work.is the strategy implementation and target implementation of the most critical organization and coordination.Because the company has implemented the relevant rules and regulations for the training of grassroots management personnel for many years without regular revision,problems and deficiencies are gradually exposed in the process of training implementation.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and optimize the training system of grassroots management personnel of K Company,which has certain practical significance.This paper will start from the theories related to training,combine the company’s current human resource structure,characteristics of grass-roots managers and the status of the training system for grass-roots managers,use the literature research method,interview method,questionnaire method,from the training status problems and training needs of two aspects,design interview questions and questionnaire survey content.After sorting out and analyzing the collected questionnaire and interview form,it is concluded that there are some problems in the construction of the training system for grassroots management personnel in the company,such as insufficient investigation and analysis of training needs,unreasonable content of training plan,slow construction of internal training teacher team,inadequate post-training evaluation and lack of assessment.After analyzing the causes of the above problems,the training system of the company’s grass-roots management personnel is improved from the aspects of training system and training implementation process,and corresponding optimization countermeasures are proposed.Effectively strengthen the training effect of grass-roots management personnel,improve the professional level of the company’s training management,give full play to the advantages of talents,and provide a solid guarantee for the company’s development strategy of "strong enterprise with talents".Through the study on the optimization of the training system for grassroots managers,this paper not only provides ideas for the training management of K company,but also provides some referable methods and paths for the human resource management of the gas industry. |
