On the basis of the rapid growth of urbanization level,strengthening the evaluation of urban ecological quality and revealing its internal driving mechanism and action mechanism are of great significance to urban ecological protection and restoration,urban construction planning and so on.Based on the Google Earth Engine(GEE)platform,this thesis uses Landsat5/7/8 series remote sensing images as data source,and uses the principal component analysis method to construct remote sensing ecological index(RSEI)that reflects the ecoenvironmental quality.The spatial and temporal variation characteristics of ecoenvironmental quality in Hefei main city from 2001 to 2021 were analyzed,and 13 driving factors were selected from three aspects: natural factors,socio-economic factors and remote sensing ecological factors.The geographical detector model was used to quantitatively analyze the internal driving mechanism of eco-environmental quality change in Hefei main city.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)From the perspective of time,from 2001 to 2021,the eco-environment quality was improved in Hefei main city,of which the area of ecological degradation was 318.73 km~2,accounting for 26.76%;the area of ecological improvement was 335.28 km~2,accounting for28.15%.The overall ecological improvement area was greater than the ecological degradation area.(2)From the perspective of space,there were obvious regional differences in the ecoenvironmental quality.The areas with strongly poor and slightly poor ecological quality were mainly distributed in the urban center and small area of bare soil,and the areas with strongly good and slightly good quality were mainly distributed in the suburban area.The eco-environmental quality of Yaohai district was lower than that of the other three districts,and the average RSEI of Shushan district and Luyang district was at a high level.The results of spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that ’high-high’ was mainly distributed in the cultivated land and woodland areas in the west,southwest and northwest of Shushan District,and the area near Chaohu Lake in baohe district.The ’low-low’ was mainly distributed in the construction land area of the urban center.(3)The results of trend analysis showed that the eco-environmental quality showed a slight degradation trend in the past 20 years in Hefei main city.The degraded areas were mainly distributed in the central of Yaohai district,the eastern of Luyang district and the northern of Dongpu Reservoir,the western of Dashushan Forest Park,the surrounding area of Hefei Xinqiao International Airport in Shushan district,Dawei Ecological Agriculture Tourism Scenic Area in Baohe district and the northern of Niujiao Dawei.The future change trend was mainly anti-sustainability,of which the area of anti-sustainability degradation accounts for the largest proportion of 29.44%,and the area of anti-sustainability improvement accounts for 29.32%.In the future urban construction and development,we should focus on ecologically degraded areas and increase ecological protection.(4)The results of driving force analysis showed that the NDVI(0.894)had the strongest explanatory power and the WET(0.450)had the weakest explanatory power among the remote sensing ecological factors.Among the natural and socio-economic factors,nighttime light(0.488),land use type(0.452),annual average temperature(0.420)and annual precipitation(0.325)were the main driving factors affecting ecological quality changes,indicating that human activities and meteorological factors had a greater impact on urban eco-environmental quality.The results of interactive detection showed that the spatial heterogeneity of RSEI was not a simple superposition effect of single factor,but a complex comprehensive effect between meteorological factors,socio-economic factors,vegetation,soil and other factors,and the influence of interaction was greater than that of single factor.In summary,the eco-environmental quality was improved from 2001 to 2021 in Hefei main city,but it showed a slight degradation trend.In the future,the ecological protection work should be changed from ’increment’ to ’quality improvement’,from large-scale ecological restoration to long-term high-quality ecological construction,so as to ensure the continuous improvement of eco-environmental quality.
