Study On The Environmental Compound Management Of Wuhan Sand Lake Park

From November 5 to 13,2022,Wuhan held the 14 th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Wetlands.And put forward the theme of "cherish the wetland,harmonious coexistence between human and nature".Wuhan has a wetland area of162500 hectares,with wetland resources ranking the third in the world’s inland cities.Wuhan attaches great importance to the protection of wetlands,integrates wetlands with urban parks,creates open parks,provides leisure places for urban residents,improves the level of urbanization,and improves the life satisfaction of urban residents.As the second largest lake in Wuhan,Shahu Lake provides the residents of Wuchang District with a comfortable park rest environment.However,with the continuous progress of urbanization,the open Shahu Park also has contradictions between planning and implementation in the process of providing public services.After the renovation,the water quality is unstable,the actual water area is reduced,and the overall environment of the park becomes worse.Starting from the theory of compound governance,this paper explores the problems in the environmental governance process of Shahu Park from the perspectives of environmental cognition and environmental policy,and analyzes the reasons for the problems in the environmental governance process of Shahu Park by means of research,visits,and literature search.On the basis of learning from the environmental governance measures of open parks at home and abroad,a new scheme for the environmental governance of Shahu Park is proposed.The innovation of this paper lies in: based on the complex environmental governance theory,strengthen.The environmental management of Shahu Park from the three aspects of government,enterprises and the public,give full play to the leading role of the government in the environmental governance process of Shahu Park,and call for guiding enterprises and the public to actively participate in the governance process of urban public space.This paper focuses on the impact of public awareness on public participation,and focuses on the role of public participation in the management process of Shahu Park from the perspective of experience.The construction of experience can enable the public to actively participate in the management process of Shahu Park,including body,mind,hearing,touch and smell,and internal senses,and combine the tool dimension of environmental governance of Shahu Park with environmental aesthetics and environmental responsibility.
