| Foreign trade exports are the "barometer" of a country’s foreign economy.Increasing exports can not only earn a lot of foreign exchange, but also increase employment and effectively stimulate economic growth.Small and micro foreign trade companies are an important force to promote the country’s foreign trade exports.Due to their own nature and characteristics, they often encounter a series of uncertain risks such as fraud, litigation and breach of contract when conducting trade with enterprises in other countries.Due to the different products that are specifically operated in the international trade business, there are great differences in the export host countries and the relevant trade methods,so the business risks faced by various enterprises are very different. How to prevent and resolve these risks and promote the normal progress of foreign trade has become a problem that must be considered in the operation of small and micro foreign trade companies. This thesis focuses on A Micro Foreign Trade Company as the specific research object.Firstly,it summarizes the research background, significance, and domestic and international research status. Then,it elaborates on the concepts and related theories of enterprise operational risk management and international trade risk management.Subsequently,it analyzes the current state of A Micro Foreign Trade Company’s management, export environment, and operational risks faced. Finally, specific preventive strategies with targeted measures are proposed for the risks encountered by A Micro Foreign Trade Company in its operations. The main contributions of this thesis lie in the in-depth exposition of concepts and relevant theories of enterprise operational and international trade risks,as well as the analysis and resolution of problems through a specific case.Meanwhile, the proposed preventive strategies should be practical and implementable by considering actual situations and specific measures. |
