| In recent years,driven by the national supply-side structural reform,after a series of industrial restructuring,the overcapacity of the coal industry has been effectively resolved,the main vitality of coal enterprises has been enhanced,and the coal trade industry has gradually stepped out of the trough.With the increasing scale of coal trade and the higher transaction amount,the trade risk is also increasing year by year,which has brought huge economic losses and troubles to the enterprises involved.TD Company,due to the lack of scientific and effective risk assessment system and inadequate risk management and control during the coal trade business,has caused significant asset losses to the company,seriously affected the company’s capital chain,and greatly hindered the healthy development of the company.Dealing with the high risk in coal trade has become a difficult problem to be solved.It takes TD Company,which operates coal trade as its main business,as the research object in the paper.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign literature,it expounds the relevant theories of coal trade and risk evaluation,analyzes the characteristics of coal trade,and lays a foundation for studying the risks of coal trade business.It analyzes the general situation,development process and business operation status of TD Company,classifies the mode of TD Company’s coal trade business,and analyzes its current risk assessment status and significant problems.On this basis,a coal trade risk evaluation index system is established,a risk evaluation model is built based on BP(back propagation)neural network,and the actual business data of TD Company is used for evaluation and verification.Finally,several suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to solve the difficult problems of TD Company’s coal trade risk providing effective safeguards for improving TD Company’s coal trade risk evaluation mechanism and enhancing the risk management of the company’s coal trade,It also provides reference for similar enterprises involved in coal trade. |
