In recent years,the quality of China's foreign trade development has been continuously improved and various support conditions have become increasingly mature.,the foreign trade structure has been continuously optimized,and endogenous power has been continuously enhanced.In the context of the era of economic globalization,Chinese carbon enterprises have also been on the rode to international operations great progress and good results have been made,but it is undeniable that the international development level of Chinese carbon enterprises is still generally low,lacking a standardized ?professional operating and management system.K state-own carbon company as one of carbon industry leaders in china,it is necessary to create a loud Chinese brand in international market.However,due to some problems in the management of state-own enterprises,the expansion of its foreign trade business has not achieved the desire results.The first reason is production capacity constrains,and the other is a waste of resources and inefficiency caused by management defects.The international popularity of products and customer satisfaction are not high.This requires companies to strengthen the management of foreign trade work.As a scientific management concept,delicacy management is being promoted by more and more companies.Although the concept of delicacy management that mentioned in the past is mainly for whole enterprise management.But from the perspective of international trade management,it is found that the application of delicacy management in foreign trade is also essential.The foreign trade export business is relatively more detailed and cumbersome,involving many units and steps,the operation process takes a long time,and needs to be more careful in the operation process,try to avoid missing certain important matters or information,if you miss it will affect the execution of contract.The huge capacity of the international market,cultural differences,policy blind spots and other uncertainties also indicate that foreign trade business is more difficult than domestic business.Base on the problems encountered by author in foreign trade work of K state-own carbon enterprise,this paper uses the literature collection method,filed survey method and case analysis method,base on the delicacy refined management theory,start from the current situation of foreign trade business in K state-own enterprise,according to the research ideas of finding problem-analyzingproblem-solving problem,drawing on the theory of delicacy management,analyzing the current state of enterprise,finding the problems and analyze the reasons,then from the goals,humans resources,process,risks and customers and other aspects to design a suitable delicacy management system.The content of the paper for researching the delicacy management of K state-own carbon enterprise is mainly divided in three sections,the first part include the first three chapters that describes the contend,significance and method of the paper,lead to the theory of delicacy management as a foundation for this paper.The second part is to find the management problems and the reasons of the problems through analyzing the status of K sate-own carbon enterprise.The third part is mainly design a more reasonable delicacy management according to the problems that exists in K state-own carbon enterprise,and planing a safeguard measures to ensure the system work,and improve the the management of foreign trade business of company.All in all,the study in this paper mainly start from the management of foreign trade business of K state-own carbon company,improving the the efficiency and standardization of work with strengthening the delicacy management in foreign trade business,reducing the unnecessary waste of resources and improve the customer satisfaction which will help enterprise to be more competitive in international trade business.
