Chinese construction industry is facing with rapid advance and transformation,which is particularly significant for the safety risk control.At present,high-rise buildings are essential for urbanization and modernization,that can advance the living area of urban residents and their living environment.At the same time,the high-rise building construction procedure is particular difficult,for example,the workers should accomplish their work in the high height,also they have to work for long time in the dangerous construction site,which is piled up with mass of complex machinery and materials.Thus,it is easy for workers to drop fall,hit by heavy goods in the procedure of high-rise building construction,which leads to heavy losses of enterprise economic property.Therefore,we have to attach significance to the safety in the constructing cite,effectively carry out management measures and put forward feasible management strategies.Based on the above background,this article take the high-rise project as the research subject.By reading the domestic and foreign research papers in this field extensively,combing the risk management theory,we summarize the common kinds of risk identification method and the basic principles of risk assessment methods,including their application situation,pros and cons.The first step is to find out the common accidents during high-rise building construction procedure.By the WBS-RBS matrix method and the identification of high-rise building safety risk,set up a work breakdown structure.We find that high-rise building construction tasks can be divided into eight engineering division,32 sub-engineering division and 60 sub-projects;At the same time,a risk resolution structure was established to identify 4 potential risk factors,including construction personnel,machinery and materials,external environment and management defects,and refined them into 17 risk items.According to the disintegration results of this means,the risks’ matrix is formed,that can be flexibly applied to various high-rise building projects.Secondly,the hierarchy model of risk estimating is constructed,and also the index system is formed,including construction personnel,machinery and materials,external environment,management level,fire safety and 18 specific risk estimating indicators,combined with the AHP approach to assess the construction safety risk.In addition,this study selected the JZH project as the example of this study,combined with the characteristics and technical requirements of the project,WBS-RBS approach and analytic hierarchy process were used to excavate and assess the safety risks of the JZH project,and finally obtained the weight value ranking of each risk factor.It can be used as an important basis for resource allocation and strategy formulation of construction safety risk management.Finally,based on the above results,also with the development of digital and intelligent technology and related platform construction in China,the safety of the workers in high-rise building construction site can be protected.In order to provide practical and operable methods to enhance the risk-management standard of our country,we have provided 11 risk-management strategies to help solving these problems,that can also ameliorate Chinese high-rise buildings’ safety risk management system.
