Research On Construction Safety Risk Management Of High-rise Building Engineering

In the high-rise building construction project,the construction quality will be directly affected by the construction safety,and the construction management will also be directly affected by the construction safety.In addition,the structure of high-rise buildings is relatively complex,the construction level is high,and the foundation pit is relatively deep.Under the influence of high-rise cross operation,there are many potential safety factors in the construction process,which directly affect the safety management and control of high-rise buildings.Based on this,the research of building safety management and high-rise building management needs multi-party participation,and is affected by many factors,such as construction technology,human factors,materials and equipment,environment,management and so on.The research contents are as follows1.After investigating the safety situation of high-rise buildings and analyzing the investigation situation in China and abroad,it is concluded that the safety risk of high-rise buildings is relatively high.Therefore,the risk assessment and management of high-rise building construction is very important.2.According to the construction safety analysis of high-rise building engineering,the safety control of key construction process in high-rise building is studied.This paper analyzes the status of safety management,safety accidents,the causes of safety accidents,and the types of accidents in high-rise buildings.3.Through the LEC Method to evaluate the risk level of risk factors in high-rise building construction,the evaluation results show that the construction site machinery of construction projects with major construction risks in high-rise building construction is also an important part of risk management,which is mainly used for scaffolding and deep foundation pit construction.4.According to the actual situation of high-rise buildings,put forward the corresponding risk management measures from the aspects of safety system theory,safety management system,construction environment,construction personnel,construction technology,etc.To improve the effectiveness of risk management in the construction of high-rise buildings.
