Our economy is in a critical period from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the pace of becoming a modern power is gradually accelerating,high-rise buildings as a symbol of urbanization development is booming.The rapid development of high-rise buildings will bring about a large number of housing construction,and at the same time,the construction safety risk management will also face greater challenges.There are many problems such as poor safety awareness of construction personnel and inadequate implementation of risk management in the construction site of high-rise building project.Once safety accidents occur,they will not only affect the construction progress,but also pose threats to the lives and health of relevant personnel.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce the occurrence rate of construction safety accidents and improve the level of risk management,it is necessary to focus on and study the construction safety risk of high-rise buildings.This thesis takes high-rise building project as the research object,analyzes its construction safety and risk management research status,and combs the cloud model theory,pointing out the current research hotspots and problems.Secondly,through literature reading,combined with relevant data and high-rise building construction characteristics,the main types of safety accidents and safety risk management process are analyzed,which is a good theoretical basis for the following article.According to the "4M1E" principle,this thesis carries out an investigation from five aspects:personnel,materials,equipment,environment and management.Through the method of literature reading and expert interview,33 main factors affecting the construction safety risk of high-rise buildings are preliminarily identified.Due to the unreasonable and miscellaneous conditions among the indicators,this thesis calculates the correlation degree value of each indicator based on the grey correlation degree analysis,selects the influencing factors with the correlation degree value greater than 0.6 that can reflect the main information,and adjusts them by consulting expert opinions.Finally,the evaluation system of high-rise building construction safety risk index is determined,including 5 indicators and 27 secondary indicators.By the method of G1-CRITIC-TOPSIS,each indicator is processed quantitatively,and the subjective and objective weights are determined respectively,and the weights are combined.The cloud model theory is introduced to establish the construction safety risk evaluation model of highrise building based on cloud model.Firstly,the construction safety risk is divided into five standard levels,and the standard cloud is determined.Secondly,the index evaluation cloud is determined,and the index cloud is obtained on this basis.Finally,with the help of MATLAB software,the reverse cloud generator is used to input the index comprehensive cloud and output the comprehensive cloud image and compare it with the standard cloud image to determine the preliminary construction safety risk level.In order to make the evaluation results more accurate,the similarity between the index cloud and the standard risk level is calculated and the maximum similarity is selected as the comprehensive risk evaluation level.Finally,the safety risk level of high-rise building construction is obtained.In this thesis,a project under construction in Shanghai is selected to verify the feasibility of the construction safety risk assessment model for high-rise buildings.Through empirical research,it is concluded that the comprehensive safety risk level of the project construction is "low risk".The evaluation results are consistent with the reality,indicating that the model constructed in this thesis is practical and scientific.Finally,the safety risk levels of each index of high-rise building construction are determined,and specific suggestions are put forward to provide effective reference and guidance for subsequent construction and site safety risk management.
