In recent years,high-rise building construction safety risk management and effective risk control have become the key concerns of the construction industry.This paper analyzes and summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign related literatures,and takes the construction project of Henan Intercity Railway Integrated Dispatching Command Center as a research background to carry out a systematic study on the safety risks of high-rise building construction.The principal research contents and research achievements are concluded as followed:(1)Analysis of construction safety accidents in high-rise buildings and discussion of construction priorities and key technologies.Focused on the analysis of the current status of high-rise building construction safety management in China,and pointed out the current main problems and challenges facing China;through the analysis of the construction focus and key points in the whole process of high-rise building construction,it summarizes the types of safety accidents that are prone to occur in the four stages of foundation and foundation construction,main structure construction,decoration and construction,and installation engineering construction.(2)Research on safety risk identification during the whole process of high-rise building construction.Mainly analyze the risks in high-rise building construction from five aspects of personnel,mechanical equipment,technology,management,and environment,and identify the risk factors of the whole process of high-rise building construction through the work breakdown(WBS)and risk breakdown(RBS)methods,established a safety risk identification model based on the WBS-RBS method in the whole process of high-rise building construction.By constructing the WBS-RBS coupling matrix,the analysis of various risk events or factors laid the foundation for the establishment of a safety risk index system.(3)Research on safety risk assessment of the whole process of high-rise building construction.A safety risk indicator system was established on the basis of research on safety risk identification during the entire process of high-rise building construction.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was combined with a multi-level extension assessment method.The weight of each indicator factor was calculated using AHP and Matlab software,established a multi-level extension evaluation method for the safety risk assessment model of the whole process of high-rise building construction,and verified the practicability of the method through engineering examples.The results obtained are in line with the actual situation.(4)Research on safety risk control technology in the whole process of high-rise building construction.Based on the results of the risk assessment,BIM technology was applied to the safety risk control of the entire process of high-rise building construction,focusing on the analysis of the advantages of BIM technology in the safety risk management of high-rise building construction,and the overall framework of safety risk control during the entire construction process based on BIM technology is established,that is,the use of BIM technology to simulate the construction site operations in advance,in order to achieve effective control of the five major safety risk factors of people,things,technology,management and environment.
