With the continuous development of China ’s construction industry,the construction scale and construction difficulty of high-rise building projects are increasing year by year,and the construction risk factors are becoming more diversified and complicated,which brings great challenges to the construction risk management.In this study,this paper takes the high-rise building project as the research object,and establishes the construction risk evaluation model based on 5BS responsibility matrix,combination weighting method,fuzzy closeness degree,cloud model and other methods to identify and evaluate the construction risk,and controls the construction risk based on BIM technology and secondary development.The main research contents are as follows.(1)According to the characteristics of high-rise building construction,the 5BS risk responsibility matrix of 5M1 E is established.The risk factors of high-rise building construction are fully considered including the six elements of human,machine,material,method,management and environment,and the five risk dimensions of safety risk,quality risk,schedule risk,cost risk and BIM risk.The risk factors of high-rise building construction are identified,screened and summarized,and the risk index system of high-rise building construction with BIM technology is systematically constructed.(2)Based on the construction risk index system,the weight assignment method of ANP-improved CRITIC-entropy weight method-game theory is established to determine the combined weight.Considering the fuzziness and uncertainty of construction risk factors,the concept of fuzzy closeness degree is introduced on the basis of cloud model,and the construction risk evaluation model based on combined fuzzy closeness degree cloud model is established to evaluate and quantify the construction risk.Based on the case,the results show that the overall risk level of the project is low,but the ’ construction safety risk ’ and ’construction cost risk ’ are medium risks.The risk assessment results are consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the model in risk assessment.(3)Based on SQL Server,a high-rise building construction risk database including safety,quality,schedule,cost and BIM application risk is constructed.The database is applied in the case to realize the structured storage,dynamic update and real-time query of construction risk information.(4)The BIM technology is introduced to control the construction risk.The BIM model is established based on the project information,and the functions of information management,collision inspection and construction simulation are applied.At the same time,BIM ’construction risk management and control system ’ is developed on the Visual Studio platform based on C # language.The system includes two functional modules : ’ risk database ’ and ’construction risk factor management and control ’.By applying the system to the case,it assists the management personnel to carry out risk fine management.(5)Based on the construction risk assessment and statistical results,the reasons for the occurrence of construction risk and the high degree of risk are systematically analyzed.In view of these reasons and the weak links of risk management,the construction risk response strategies and safeguard measures are proposed in combination with BIM technology,which provides a reference for the construction risk management of high-rise buildings.
