"Rich in coal,poor in oil and less in gas" is the current situation of China’s energy structure.Coal plays an absolute leading role in China’s energy consumption.As an important energy base in China,Shanxi Province has made great contributions to China’s economic development and energy security.Over the years,Shanxi Province has been highly dependent on the resource-based economy,and has accumulated institutional,structural and qualitative contradictions.In the context of the "double carbon" strategy,taking the road of high-quality development has also become the only choice for Shanxi.Under this pressure,many energy enterprises in Shanxi Province face new challenges.China Coal Jinzhong Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.is a comprehensive energy enterprise rooted in Jinzhong,Shanxi Province,and also faces the problem of transformation and development.This paper takes China Coal Jinzhong Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,first introduces the background and significance of the topic,then combs the relevant research status at home and abroad,especially the development strategy of energy enterprises,determines the research content and research methods of this paper,and then analyzes the external and internal environment of the company using PEST analysis model and Porter’s five forces analysis model,and summarizes the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by the enterprise,Then use EFE and IFE matrices to conduct quantitative analysis of the internal and external environment of the company.The analysis shows that the company faces more opportunities than threats and advantages than disadvantages.Through analysis,the company determines that the alternative strategies are centralized,integrated and diversified strategies.Finally,use QSPM matrix to score the alternative strategies,and propose that the company should develop an integrated strategy that focuses on consolidating the coal industry foundation and extending the coal chemical industry chain,The development strategy of taking photovoltaic power generation as the new growth pole and expanding the scale of coal trade as the supplement.After formulating the company’s development strategy,the company will deploy and implement the development strategy from the four business sectors of coal,coal chemical industry,electricity and trade.Finally,the company will formulate the company’s strategic implementation safeguard measures from the five aspects of the company’s institutional reform,human resources optimization,corporate culture construction and financial support guarantee to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s development strategy and the smooth realization of the strategic objectives.This study has certain guiding significance for the development of the company and has certain reference significance for the transformation and development of similar enterprises. |
