Since 2002,the domestic packaging industry has developed rapidly,its output rose from 250 billion yuan to 1.9 trillion yuan,increased by nearly eight times,and become the world's second place.Nowaways,the world gradually accelerated the pace of economic integration,the global economy began to present a "domestic market internationalization,international competition domestic zed" the new characteristics of China's packaging industry also has transformed itself from a production center to the center of "smart metamorphosis",displayed in: foreign orders,multilingual expanding the coverage of international e-commerce,but at the same time,domestic packaging materials enterprises also face a bigger challenge,adjust industrial structure of the packaging is needed,the transformation of the development of packaging is becoming more and more important.In our country,KLC company has always been on the paper anti-counterfeiting packaging technology in a leading position,the new situation and new characteristics of packaging industry is both opportunities and challenges for its.Therefore,to maintain the status,achieve long-term,stable and healthy development,we must firmly grasp the opportunity,and try to turn disadvantages into advantages.Of course,any company want to obtain the development,we must adhere to the scientific development road,this article is to explore the object,as according to find problems and analyze and solve the train of thought,combined with the company's situations,try to seek a feasible development strategy.The research content of this article highlights include:Firstly,determine the purpose of this study and the research value,based on the domestic and foreign related enterprise development strategy research analysis and summary,has been clear about the research contents and methods of this article.Secondly,as to be more comprehensive and accurate KLC company's external environment has cognitive,using PEST analysis method on the analysis of macro environment and industry,and simple to clarify the current situation of the company,then choose the development situation,the existing resources from three perspectives,the ability to operate on its internal environment analysis.Thirdly,to discuss the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges by using the SWOT analysis method,and based on this proposed product innovation,customization services,marketing strategy,and further clarified the strategic positioning and development goals.Fourthly,to ensure that the development strategy can be effectively implemented KLC company,put forward to strengthen the management of technological innovation,optimize product structure,to fully explore the market,strengthen the financial security,expand the brand company recommendations.
