The strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin is a major national strategic layout.Regarding how to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that we should proceed from the actual situation and actively explore new ways of high-quality development with regional characteristics. It can be seen that, according to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions, how to implement policies in accordance with local conditions, implementation policies, and policies in accordance with the time is the key issue to be solved in the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. In order to explore and choose the path of characteristic high-quality development in the area through which the Yellow River Basin passes,we must first conduct an evaluation and research on the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. In order to better study the high-quality development of cities in the Yellow River Basin, this paper introduces the niche theory into the high-quality development of cities in the Yellow River Basin. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of high-quality development of cities in the Yellow River Basin on the basis of defining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of high-quality development.Secondly,on the basis of defining the concept of the ecological niche for high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin, the components of the sevendimensional ecological niche for high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin are clarified. And determine the indicator system of the high-quality development niche of the cities in the Yellow River Basin and the measurement method of the high-quality development of the cities in the Yellow River Basin, thus constructing the evaluation model of the highquality development niche of the cities in the Yellow River Basin.Thirdly, using the abovementioned high-quality development niche evaluation model, the high-quality development status of the basin from 2010 to 2019 was analyzed from the aspects of comprehensive evaluation of ecological niche, width, overlap, and spatiotemporal analysis. The conclusions are as follows:(1)In terms of comprehensive evaluation value, the comprehensive evaluation value of the 50 cities in the Yellow River Basin has obvious two-level differentiation, and the difference is large. Some cities have obvious characteristics, but most of the cities have no obvious differences and are relatively backward.(2)In terms of niche breadth, the niche breadth of each dimension in most cities is quite different, the two-level differentiation is obvious, and the overall niche breadth value is continuously decreasing.(3)From the perspective of the degree of niche overlap, the degree of niche overlap among cities in the Yellow River Basin varies greatly. The overall infrastructure resources, open resources and innovation resources of the Yellow River Basin have relatively low niche overlap and low competition. The overall industrial resource niche in the Yellow River Basin has a high degree of overlap and competition is fierce. The service industry has the highest degree of overlap in resource niches and the most intense competition, mainly due to its low overall development level.(4)In terms of temporal and spatial evolution, the overall innovation resource niche of the basin has little fluctuation;the four resource dimensions of infrastructure, service industry, opening to the outside world, and industry have large fluctuations in the upper and middle cities, with large spatial differences, and the overall upstream cities are relatively backward; The dimension of ecological environment resources is improving overall. Finally, according to the above conclusions, the urban classification development strategy, the niche coordinated development strategy, the niche separation strategy, the niche expansion strategy and the niche development strategy are proposed for the high-quality development of cities in the Yellow River Basin. This article has 22 figures,36 tables, and 109 references. |
