In the digital era when subversion has become the norm,the product iteration has accelerated and new enterprises have sprung up like the mushrooms.Such amazing speed of the development of these new enterprises outshone that of traditional enterprises,making the competition even brutal as the speed is life.Therefore,countries all over the world have attached great importance to digital transformation and have issued national Srategies to accelerate its progress,of which China was no exception.In May 2020,the National Development and Reform Commission released the “Digital Transformation Partnership” initiative on its official website;In the “14th Five-Year Plan” issued in March 2021,it is clearly proposed to “accelerate the full integration of digital technology and the real economy,and enable the transformation and upgrading of traditional indu Sries”;In January 2022,the Sate Council issued the “14th Five-Year” special plan for digital economy development,which has represented the general trend of digital transformation.The digital transformation is e Sablished on the basis of the innovative application of digital technology to adapt to the highly variable digital environment by reshaping the vision,Srategies,organizational Sructure,processes,capabilities and culture and further touching the core business of enterprises,which includes not only Srategic issues,but also human resource management issues of the organizations.This Sudy takes S Cement Trading Company,a small and medium-sized enterprise in a traditional indu Sry,as an example,based on the Srategic human resource management theory,organizational collaboration theory and process reengineering theory,the research was conducted on how to carry out human resource management reform in enterprises to make them match with each other under the digitalization background by adopting the methods of literature research,interview analysis,que Sionnaire survey and case analysis.In this paper,the fir S part explains the background,significance,framework,content and methods of the Sudy,then was about the exposition of the Srategic human resource management theory,the organizational collaboration theory and the process reengineering theory,and the Sudies,inductions and summarizes on the research Satus and relevant knowledge of digital transformation and management reform on enterprises at home and abroad;The second part was the analysis on the digital transformation Srategic plan of S Cement Trading Company,mainly including its transformation motivation,Srategic positioning and objectives and approaches to transformation implementation,for exploring the appropriate human resource management mode;The la S part was about the current situation and exi Sing problems of the company’s human resources management based on the interview and que Sionnaire methods and their countermeasures from the perspective of specific reform plans and supporting safeguard.It could be concluded from this research that there were some problems such as inappropriate exi Sing organizational Sructure,backward management means with low efficiency,outdated and incompatible assessment sy Sem and unreasonable application of incentive measures in the process of promoting digital transformation of S Cement Trading Company.To solve these problems,it was believed that the company needs to center on team collaboration and adju S its organizational Sructure,Srengthen its platform con Sruction with information technologies,revise the assessment method by focusing on the company’s Srategies,and optimize the promotion and salary incentive mechanism by highlight demand orientation to promote the transformation of human resources management of this company,so as to adapt to the requirements of the company’s digital transformation for internal management and promote its positive development.By Sudying the human resource management in the context of the company’s digital transformation and designing a change plan,the friction and problems caused by the mismatch between the level of human resource management and the transformation Srategy were improved,and the enterprise’s competitiveness was further enhanced.In addition,the research in this paper is expected to provides some reference for relevant enterprises to design human resource management reform to match the Srategic management of enterprises under the background of digital transformation. |
